×nolan

Nolan felt an overwhelming desire to protect her from the pains of the world. He wanted to hold her in his arms and never let go.

But that was ridiculous and Nolan knew it. He should at least take her out to dinner first.

He was working up the courage to talk to her, but it was too late. The bus was coming to a stop at the corner of fourth and Fremont street. It was his stop.

With a silent melancholic sigh, he stood up to leave.

As he did, the woman next to him collected her bag and stepped in front of him.

Nolan's heart filled with excitement. Could this be her stop too? He followed after her as she hurried to exit the bus.

"Watch your step."

The driver spoke to late.

His warning was drowned out by Nolan's alarmed cry. The sidewalk must have been too icy, and the woman in too big of a rush.

Oof umm...sorry about the late update again, I didn't have access to Wi-Fi until now :/ but anyways...it's getting pretty intense don't you think?

I will do a double today to make up for my late upload:)

This book will update next in a few minutes.
