You're eighteen, just freshy out of high school, enjoying a day of summer at the beach.

You suddenly feel a harsh smack against your butt, making you gasp, quickly turning around.

You- Carter!

You slepped his chest, crossing your arms afterwards. He was also at the beach with a couple of his friends, Jason and Eric.

Carter- Ah what's wrong sweetie..

He pulled you in close by the waist, swaying your bodies from side to side. You lightly pushed on him, trying to escape his grasp.

You- just leave me alone Carter..

Carter- why? Lets just hang for a bit..

He then turned his head to his friends.

Carter- I'll catch you guys in a bit..

They both shrugged, and walked off.

You and Carter had used to date in the past, but had broken up due to problems in your realitionship.

You- I'm trying to enjoy my day Carter..

He kissed your cheek lightly.

Carter- c'mon..

His hand moved lower, crupping your ass roughtly.

You- Carter!!

"Yo yo"

You both suddelny heard a voice calling out. You turned, looking back and seeing another guy walking towards you both.

He looked familiar, causing you to thing about it for a moment.

It suddenly hit you. Justin. Justin Bieber. He had gone to your school over the years, but had dropped out at sixteen. He wasn't a bad kid, just took some bad paths along the way, which lead tochim dropping out of high school. He got closer pulling you backwards.

Justin- leave her be bro..

Carter- you know this princess?

Carter gave you a serious look, yet mocking Justin.

You- you're Justin right?

Justin looked down at you, giving you a slight smile as he nodded.

Justin- yes m'am..

His face then turned hard again, when he looked at Carter.

Justin- but I'm not a princess.. that's you man..

Carter- right.. at least I finished high school.. you know.. like a real man..

You quickly stepped between them.

You- whoa whoa! Carter! just cause he didn't finish school, doesn't make him any less of a man.

Justin- hey it's cool.. he's right..

You looked at Justin, questioning his statement.

Justin- I wish I had finished school.. honestly.. but you know.. I've been spending a lot of years in the gym.. you know.. lifting weights.. all them sorts of thing..

He started flexing his muscles, making Carter visibly a little nerved. Carter was a twig. Skinny arms, no abs. He was nothing compared to Justin, who had a six pack, and huge biceps, that were convered tattoos.

Carter- fine fine whatever.. y/n, this is your own loss..

He gave Justin and you a nasty look, before walking off to join his friends. You let out long breath.

You- thank you..

Justin- Don't mention it.. no girl should be treated like that..

You shugged lightly.

You- I mean, it wasn't that bad.. for Carter.. he's just annoying..

Justin- aye, still.. you deserve respect.. You smiled at him.

You- well I appreciate it..

You nodded, and started to walk back to your things.

Justin ran uo beside you, walking with you.

You- may I help you?

Justin- I was just wondering like.. how did you know who I was?

You scrunched your brows together.

You- what do you mean?

Justin- well.. I haven't been in school for the last four years.. how did you know who I was?

You- wellll..

You thought for a moment.

You- you were always the like.. jock of the school or.. the guy everyone had a crush on..  and I guess I just remembered you? He nodded slowly, stopping as you did by your things.

You bent down to pick up your beach bag, and your towel.

Justin- you need some help with that?

You- no no I'm fine..

You smiled at him.

It was silent for a little bit, until you got all your things collected.

Justin- okay.. so.. I'll see you later then?

He put his sunglasses out of his pocket, placing them over his eyes.

You- uhm.. sure..

You didn't know how you'd seem him again, but you deciced to just agree out of kindness.

Justin- alright.. you sure you don't need help with those?

You- I'm perfectly okay..  He grinned widely.

Justin- okay.. I'll let you go then..

You- thanks

Justin- see you sometime..

You- see ya..

You laughed, walking off.

Durning your whole car ride home, all you could do was think about him. Thinking about how kind he was to you, and how he stuck up for you, when he didn't even know you. He definitly seemed like a diffrent Justin, than the one that you had seen roaming the halls in school.
