Your friend, Niall, sat alone at the gate with flowers in hand, well past midnight, as he waited for your plane to land. While you were away at school, he had realized how much you meant to him, and decided to surprise you at the airport to tell you how he felt about you. His heart began to race as the door opened and the passengers from your flight piled into the airport.

Finally, he spotted you, and his heart stopped at the sight of the girl who he so desperately needed. He began to walk towards you, and just as he was about to call your name, he noticed the guy walking behind you. The guy who was making you laugh. The guy who took your hand, quickly pecking your cheek, before leading you towards baggage claim. The guy who should've been him.

Niall remained frozen where he stood, the roses that he bought for you slipping out of his grasp and falling to the floor.

"No!", he whispered to himself, sighing deeply. With a lump in his throat, he sat back down. His thoughts were interrupted by the sudden buzz of his phone.

"Hey Ni, just landed ! I missed you so much ! We have to catch up, and I have a surprise for you ! xx" A text from you read.

"I know" he mumbled to himself. "I've missed you too". He angrily wiped a tear from his cheek before rising from his seat. Picking up the flowers on his way out of the gate, he quickly dumped them in the trash and continued on his way through the quiet airport, humming the lyrics to "More Than This" under his breath.

Oh wait, I watched This Is Us again and I cried again during the movie, and then I almost died from all the tears that surrounded me when they sang "Little Things" OmG it's amazing! Can't wait to watch the #WWA movie !!!!!!!!! YASSSS
