Mixed Signals
"Never thought you'd come back here," Hoseok sighs, exhaling the smoke that was lingering in his lungs.
"Neither did I," Yoongi agrees, spinning his finger around the top of the glass bottle. "But look at us, I guess."
A sly smirk grows on Hoseok's face. "What even made you come back to this?" He taps the ashes off the cigarette. "I thought you had that kid you were worried about." He looks down at his phone. "Speaking of which... don't you have school today? Aren't you trying to be this superior student now? Getting extra help from teachers, attempting to get better grades... Are you finally realizing all that shit isn't worth it?"
Yoongi shrugs, "I couldn't even give myself an answer if i wanted to." He lets out a sign before holding out his hand. "Now hand me one of those fuckers, dammit."
"Hah, you don't need to ask twice," he tosses the pack of cigarettes and a lighter to him. "Multitasker, I see.
He grits his teeth before putting the cigarette in his mouth and lighting it. "So what have you done to keep yourself occupied with all this extra time, you dropout?"
Hoseok scoffs. "You're pretty much in the same boat I am, kiddo. The only difference is that you are required to go back to that hell, so I'd say I have the upper hand."
The two grow quiet. Hoseok narrows his eyes, focusing on Yoongi's slumpish attitude. Sure, he's always like that, but there was not a drop of effort being up into himself. Possibly the alcohol, but he's only had one and it's only been less than a year since he had his lips on a bottle. Then it hit him.
"Aww, did that pretty boy break your heart?" Hoseok hums. "Did the player get played himself?"
"Jimin is Ros

yoongi aren't you supposed to be back today?
"So what made you want to fall back to the nicotine?"
"Jimin is Rose?"
"What?"
"Everytime I look at that fucking kid now he reminds me of Ro."
"So you love him?"
"Not exactly. ROSE IS DEAD HOSEOK DONT YOU UNDERSTAND?
"why are you protecting him so much?"
"Because i wasn't there for rosé when she needed me most and i can't make that same mistake again"
STARTS DRINKING WITH HOSEOK
"Lets fuck."
"What will Jimin think?"
"Anything I care about leaves anyway, so what's the point of getting attached anymore?"
