Summary:

The Avengers (accompanied by Wade, Ned, and MJ) go to their local pride celebration! The Avengers themselves have a special appearance at the beginning of the celebration, where Peter does something a little unexpected.

The day had finally come. Everyone in the tower was buzzing with excitement., but especially Peter. This was not only his first experience at pride but also he had an amazing plan for his coming out! Of course, he had already cleared it with Pepper, making sure it wouldn't ruin anything, but no one else knew. The only people that even knew Peter wasn't straight were Natasha, Pepper, MJ, Ned, and Wade.

It was only 7:48 in the morning when Peter arrived in the lab to make sure his project was working perfectly. It was, obviously, but he just wanted to make absolutely sure (for the 27th time).

By the time he was finished it was almost 8:30, so he decided to head up to the kitchen to make some breakfast. Surprisingly enough, nearly everyone was already up.

"Good morning, underoos." Tony greeted the young hero when he walked in, gesturing for him to come over to the table he was seated at.

"I'm shocked to see everyone up and around this early." The kid laughed, sitting down beside his mentor and father-figure.

"We're all excited!" Clint signed from his seat beside Tony, shrugging.

"Honestly, me too. I've been up since 5." Peter signed back, grabbing a plate from the table and piling it with food. Whoever cooked made quite the spread. Waffles, pancakes, omelets, crepes, fresh fruit, and some sort of homemade cinnamon butter. It looked delicious.

"When is your little squad coming?" Tony asked, stealing a strawberry from Peter's plate.

"First of all, there's a bowl of strawberries directly in front of you. Second, about 11. We're leaving at 12, right?"

"Yes. Now, why are they coming an hour early?"

"We have to get ready. Duh." Peter scoffed, shaking his head.

"Ah, of course." Tony looked to the other adults and chuckled.

"Oh. My. GAY JESUS. Are you actually going to do this?!" MJ screamed after Peter explained his plan to the three other teenagers.

"Yeah. No one knows who Spider-Man actually is, so it's somewhat fool-proof. I already talked to Pepper, and she's okayed it. We're all good. You wanna see the suit?"

"OF COURSE!" All three of them shouted, following the remaining kid to his lab. Once they were shown the features he had added for this particular event, they were more than ecstatic.

"I can not believe you're doing this, I thought you wanted to reveal identity before sexuality," Wade questioned, earning nods from the other two sitting there.

"Yeah, at first I did. But I think I'm more ready for people to know that Spider-Man is ace before they know who Spider-man is. I think it might be easier for the media to swallow, considering it is pride month."

"I hope so." Ned nodded.

After a short bit of silence, Peter spoke again. "Let's get ready!"

It didn't take but 20 minutes to fully get everyone ready for the day. Though because the kids had talked for a while at the beginning, by the time they returned to the common room, they only had 5 minutes until we had to leave. Oh well, it was worth it.
