Chapter 30- The Past Come Calling Part 2

At The Island
The Autobots kept going as they continued on guard. Grimwing looked around as he then stopped and pointed, "Look!" The other three Autobots stopped in their tracks as they turned to see what it was. To their shock it was a giant King Taijitu covered in metal. Metal very much like the Autobots'. "I'm guessing the Plasma Core is here," commented Viperina. The four walked up to see more Grimm were now metallic statues plus several trees and the ground. "Whoa..." said Grimwing in unison with Rescuee and Viperina. Leobreaker nodded, "Yes. This is what happens if plasma energy interacts with organic beings. We must prevent this from happening." Leobreaker, Viperina, and Grimwing transformed into their beast modes while Rescuee turned into her helicopter form. Grimwing joined with Rescuee on the sky while Leobreaker and Viperina followed them on ground.

Back At Beacon Academy
Sari Sumdac and Alice Aquanetta continued to spar. Their arsenal and fighting styles were evenly matched. Right now Sari shot her energy orbs while carrying her shield while Alice had an umbrella blocking the orbs and threw several playing cards. Finally the two stopped in exhaustion and their shields disappeared and Sari's armor disappeared in a flash of light. Glynda Goodwitch stepped in and said, "That will be enough for today, Ms. Sumdac and Ms. Aquanetta. Your aura is depleted and you two are very tired. Class is dismissed. Everyone of you are excused." All the students left as Sari and Alice looked at each other. "Split the check?" asked Sari. Nodding, Alice agreed, "Split the check." The two team leaders reunited with their shared teams. "Didn't expect it to be a tie," said Tanner Auburn with a shrug. Sterling Cinereous agreed, "Me neither." Elizabeth Heartstrings asked, "So who's paying for our shared dinner?" Sari and Alice answered in unison, "We agreed to pay together." Alice turned to Sari and added, "But next time at the Vytal Festival, there won't be a draw." The CLST team leader agreed, "Count on it." Lavender Lilac asked, "Before we all decide to challenge each other, can we have our pizza? I'm starving." The eight friends agreed as they went on their way.

Back At The Island
Buzzsaw, Strika, and Scorponok had already taken down several robots. "These mechanical beings are automatics," commented Strika distastefully. "These savages think they can rule us?" Scorponok crushed another robot and scoffed, "Flesh isn't life. Servos, gyros, and fuel is where life comes from." Buzzsaw ordered, "Get to the facility. The Plasma Core and more of that formula must be in here. Everything hinges on them." The three Decepticons hurried to the facility as Buzzsaw added, "No doubt the Autobots want the Plasma Core, too! I won't allow it!" Strika nodded, "Yes, komandir." The three stopped as Scorponok's right claw opened up and shot a hole with his rockets. They entered through the hole as they searched inside. Strika noticed several crates and opened one of them. "The formula is in these crates," reported Strika. Buzzsaw nodded and opened up a GroundBridge portal with his remote. He ordered, "Take the crates back to base. The Plasma Core is not here." The two went to work of carrying the crates to the portal that led to their base. Buzzsaw opened up a holographic monitor on his forearm and pressed a few buttons and got the Plasma Core's location. He then transformed into his Lancer form flew up in the air.

Leobreaker and Viperina stopped to see a metal spherical object being held by a metallic statue of a giant Deathstalker. Both Grimwing and Rescuee descended down and changed into their robots form. "Is that it?" asked Grimwing. Viperina looked at it and also asked, "That's the relic that can cyberform worlds?" Rescuee answered, "Yes, and it's a wonder we came here before-" Suddenly four missiles blew in front of the four Autobots as they fell back several meters away from the Deathstalker statue. They started to get back up to see a yellow and black Grimm Lancer with yellow green and purple markings and blue green wings with Decepticon symbols descend to the ground. Leobreaker got up and transformed into his robot form and growled, "Buzzsaw!" The Decepticon commander shifted to robot form and turned to see his enemies. "The greatest Cybertronian mission," smirked Buzzsaw. "Lost to the stars but crashed here on this planet. One fleshy savage would think that the first species that came here were these creatures we choose for our beast forms." Leobreaker reasoned, "Plasma energy could be used to restore our home, Buzzsaw. We have discovered something both powerful and essential for both of us. Let us work together to use it wisely." Buzzsaw retorted, "Oh, I intend to restore Cybertron, but not before I use it to lay waste to every barbaric creature on this planet!" He leaped backwards onto the Deathstalker statue's claw and grabbed the Plasma Core. "You Autobots would want this to restore your caste system and rule over us," frowned Buzzsaw. "The system that gave you Autobots more Energon than we Decepticons ever could. The system that made us slaves! Never again." He then backflipped to turn into his Lancer-based form and flew off. Grimwing ran and transformed into his beast mode and activated his jet propellers and thrusters to pursue Buzzsaw as Leobreaker yelled, "Grimwing, stop!"

Buzzsaw took notice of Grimwing and shook his insect-like head. He pulled himself up while backflipping and transforming into his robot form at the same time toward Grimwing. The winged Beowolf had no time to react when Buzzsaw shot one of the Autobot's wings with a Thermo Rocket Cannon. That sent Grimwing spiraling down toward the ground as Buzzsaw opened up a GroundBridge and flew into it as it closed.

Grimwing was then stopped from falling by an airborne Rescuee who quipped, "They always say look before you leap, but I think it should be look before you fly!" She gently descended him onto the ground where Grimwing looked up to see Leobreaker with a stern expression. "Let's get back to base," ordered Leobreaker. "Grimwing and I have much to talk about tonight after his trip to the CR Chamber."
