Yo Shindo x Reader [English]

I'm sorry if there's some mistakes, English is not my mother tongue.

It was lunch break now. Whenever I wasn't unconscious enough to the point of falling asleep while standing up I'd be thinking about Shindo's laugh and words during that night. And so I'd drift from being half asleep to longing for another conversation with him. 

Nevertheless I was able to endure the first classes and now we had some time which I was planning to sleep through it once I had eaten. 

Right now I was sitting on a large table with all the girls, partly listening to what they were saying but deeply wishing to finish my food as fast as possible so I could go and sleep some time before the next classes began again.

"(Y/ln)-chan, do you want to come?" asked Tsui.

"Eh?" I snapped back to reality, almost choking on my water "Sorry, I'm a bit tired. What did you say?"

"We are going to the shopping center after classes"explained Uraraka "Do you want to come?"

"She'll probably won't be able" smiled Mina, mischievously winking at me.

"Eh?" I repeated myself.

"Why not?" Hagakure asked as confused as I was.

"Didn't you notice?" Mina kept on talking "The other day a guy was asking for her. And she has been leaving with him ever since"

All of them looked directly at me, making me blush a bit by Mina's words. I kept on drinking from my water hoping to hide my face. Tsui let out a 'ribbit' stating the confusion all of them were feeling.

"Really? Do we know him? Is he a friend?" Uraraka asked filled with innocent curiosity.

"A friend..." Mina whispered on the back.

"Girls, I think we shouldn't interfere in her private life" Yaomomo said trying to stop the questions making me feel all more flustered which made me kind of angry because I didn't understand why my body was reacting that way.

"I think she should tell us who has she been seeing" Mina answered cheerfully "We are her friends after all, right? And we already know that Uraraka likes Deku, it's okay."

I looked at Uraraka holding her breath looking like a tomato.

"We weren't talking about me!" she said quickly trying to divert the attention from her to me "We were talking about who has been (Y/ln) going out with!"

"It's no one really" I said once I had gotten my composure back. Looking totally calmed but trying to hold back the redness of my cheeks.

My phone buzzed on the table but I was so busy trying not to think about all the curious eyes that were unceasingly on me and trying to find a smooth way of changing  the subject, that I didn't even realized it. 

"Shindo? Where have I heard the name before?"Jiro said next to me trying to remember.

I looked at her in utter shock only to find her looking at my phone's screen which was showing that I had a new message from him. I tensed a bit and grabbed my phone reading the message.

Shindo: Bad idea to spend the whole night awake.

Shindo: No regrets though.

I unconsciously smiled widely and slightly nibbled my bottom lip. As soon as I realized I put my phone in my pocket trying to ignore the message and trying to put a poker face again, clearing my throat. Too late though.
