pref.1: what they do when they want your attention in public

Mikey: he comes up to you and starts talking about how he's learning to slap his bass. he's always super excited about learning new techniques and he knows you love seeing him excited and happy.

Gerard: He is exceptionally clingy, and wants to either hold you, or have his arm around you or hold your hand constantly. He frequently wants to be the center of your attention. He walks over to you and nudges you while doing puppy eyes, and says something like "Baby, Babe, Babygirl, Princess, Honey, Darling, etc." and he keeps it up until you tell him you love him, hug him, or kiss him.
If y'all are doing an interview, he'll inch closer to you and slip his hand into yours.

Frank: he flirts. shamelessly.

Ray: He knows that you love to talk to your friends and have a good time, and he doesn't want to ruin it. He's subtle with his jealousy, so all he does is puts his arm around you and kisses your cheek.
