Phoenix and Tyrome sat holding hands with desperate faces sitting in front of the secretary, who rose an eyebrow. They had to travel to the nearby city where Aia's Orphanage is to get permemnant custody of her. Sure, they both still live in sperate houses and are working on building a new one for them, but they wanted to build a family. First Aia, the nine year old sweetheart, then they'd do to court and try to get custody of Mochi.
"Are you sure you want a nine year old with a mental disorder?"
"Aia does not have a mental disorder! Aia is beautiful and special just the way Aia is! Aia has an identity and Aia is proud of it."
"Honestly, I'm quite offended to hear you say it as a mental disorder."
The secretary rolled her eyes, continuing to type things in her computer. She then printed out a form and handed it to the two of them. No fees no nothing. They must really want Aia out of 245 Wordstheir hair legally. Because Aia is still registered in the orphanage, they still have to pay child support and other things like that. The two of them signed the papers and she showed them off without another word.
Tyrome and Phoenix left ecstatic. Aia is now their child and now they have full custody of Aia! Aia has parents now! Aia's going to Ben so excited when she sees!
