Finally it was the weekend. When I woke up I was still laying on Grace and Grace was still sound asleep. I looked at the door and heard footsteps walk down the hall. My head slowly rose and fell with Grace's breath. I sighed and Grace tightened her hold on me. I simply held onto her as well. "You okay Ellie?" I looked up at Grace who had just woken up. She was still tired but she looked more concerned. I slowly shook my head and moved to sit up next to her. I heard movement and then Grace moved so she was sitting in front of me. "What's wrong Ellie? You know you can trust me."

Flashback
"Ellie talk to me please." Rose sat in front of me while I refused to make eye contact with her. We were both sitting on her bed afterschool and I hadn't spoken since lunch. I was approached by the football team before I had made it into the cafeteria and they made fun of my voice and said that Rose never really cared for me. Only that she was taking pity on me because I was going to be lonely forever. They left me with my thoughts while I had avoided everyone for the rest of the day. Rose had caught me before I had gotten into my house and forced me to go over. Which leads to now when Rose kept asking what was wrong. "Ellie what happened? You know you can trust me." I looked up at her with my eyes watering. I was quick to pull her into me into a tight hug.

I was taken out of my thoughts when Grace put her hands on my shoulders. I looked into her eyes and nodded, "Yeah I know. I'm just thinking too much." Grace sadly nodded and asked, "Want to talk about it or do something else?" I looked at the door behind her and said, "Let's do something else." She nodded and we both got up. "Hey Grace do you have clothes I can change into?" She walked over to her closet and opened it, "Have at it." I laughed and she went out the door closing it behind her.  I grabbed one of her graphic T-shirts that had deadpool on it and grabbed black sweats.  I brushed my hair with my fingers and walked out to the living room.  "Hey Ellie, looking good."  Grace winked at me, and I laughed, "Shush and go get ready."  She laughed and walked to her room to change.  I started talking to her mom while she poured herself a cup of coffee.  "You want some sweetie?"  I politely declined and said, "No thank you, I don't drink coffee.  Thank you for the offer though."  She nodded, and then Grace came back.  She waved at her mom and motioned for me to follow her.  "Tell dad we went out."  She nodded, and we went out the front door.  "So where exactly are we going Grace?"  She only smiled and got into the drivers seat, "It's a surprise."  I rolled my eyes at her and turned on the radio.  I leaned back and looked out the window, seeing the houses pass by.  A couple minutes later, Grace pulled up to a trampoline park.  I started laughing, and Grace parked the car.  "This is the surprise?"  Grace nodded, and we both got out and walked to the building.  We split for the money and both equally paid for 2 hours.

We quickly put our socks on with the grips and went to where all the floor trampolines were.  I grabbed Grace's hand and dragged her to the trampolines, "Come on Grace."  She laughed behind me and we both ran.  Once there we immediately started jumping.  Grace did some flips while I stood there with my mouth open.  Grace landed perfectly and looked back at me laughing.  I jumped over to her still shocked, "What?  How?"  Once Grace stopped laughing she said, "I used to be in gymnastics when I was younger.  Apparently I still have some of the skill."  She smiled and I hit her arm, "Some skill?  I don't think my mind would be able to comprehend the rest. Now come on Ms show off let's jump."  She laughed and we started jumping again.  Throughout the 2 hours we had we managed go on every station they had twice before they announced that our time was up.  Right now Grace and I were putting back on our normal socks and shoes. "Thanks for taking me here Grace it was a lot of fun."  She nodded and we both stood up to walk back to her car, "No problem Ellie I'm glad you had a good time."  I side hugged her and we got into her car.  I looked at the time and saw it was 4pm, "Are you hungry?"  Grace thought about it for a second and turned on the car.  "Yeah want to go eat?"  I nodded and then asked, "You care if I drive?"  She shook her head and we got out of the car and switched sides.  Having an idea of where to drive to I pulled out of the parking spot and made my way to a familiar restaurant.  On the way there Grace had plugged the ox cord in her phone and was playing some upbeat songs.  We sung and danced for the 20 minutes that it took for us to get to the restaurant.

"Bizzarro, hm I have never been here.  But it kind of looks fancy."  I smiled shook my head, "It's good, and we are okay with how we look."  I motioned for us to get out and I extended my arm.  Grace looped her arm with mine and we walked inside.  "Hello welcome to... Ellie!"  I smiled and David walked around the front podium to hug me.  David had been working here for as long as my dad has been.  He was about as old as my dad.  They are both good friends and I hugged him back and said, "Hey David how have you been?"  He smiled and said, "I've been good.  And who do we have here?"  He reached out his hand and Grace shook it.  "This is Grace a good friend of mine."  He smiled and pulled back his hand, "I remember when you used to bring Rose over here constantly."  His smile faded slightly but quickly recovered, "Come on, I'll take you to your usual table."  We followed David to our table in the corner of the restaurant and suddenly I was hit with a flashback.

Flashback
I drove Rose and I over to my dad's restaurant and we were greeted by David.  He smiled at us and took us to our table.  On the way there we joked around with David and got some dirty looks from other people.  Ignoring them we continued to laugh and joke.  When we got to the table David left the menu.  "Ro these people hate us."  She laughed and waved it off, "Since when do we care what other people think about us hm?"  I nodded and pointed my finger at her, "You are very right Ro.  So what are you going to get today?"  Rose looked at the menu and said, "I am feeling the pasta speak to me."  I chuckled and said, "Weirdo."  She looked up and narrowed her eyes at me, "What did you just call me Ellie."  I put my menu down and crossed my arms with a serious face, "I called you a weirdo, what are you going to do about it?"  She quickly got up and went on my side of the booth.  She started tickling me until I couldn't breathe, "Okay, o-okay y-you win Ro."  She sat back with a smile and watched me get my breath back.  I lightly hit her arm and said, "You suck."  She stuck her tongue out and said, "But you love me."  I smiled and nodded, "Yes that I do."
