"What are you trying to say, Ryder? You think that someone killed Noah Schnapp and is planning to kill Millie Brown next? And why would you come to me to talk about this? I'm a principal, not a cop." The older woman ran her palm over her forehead. "I don't think, I know. His head was in that box, lifeless might I add, and with those pictures of Millie," David Harbour pursed his lips and let an exhale out through his nose as he shut his eyes. He didn't like hearing that one of his students had died. Noni just shook her head. She was truly stressed. "It's that kid. Finn Wolfhard, I think that's his name. He's doing all of this but why? What is his motive?"
The man stood up from behind his desk to go stand by the window and clear his head. This whole case was overwhelming David and he's not even apart of it. He's not even supposed to know all of this stuff, but Winona only shares because she feels safe telling him. She feels that maybe he could help her. "Well those boys got into a fight, so that might have something to do with it. Maybe they were fighting over Millie that day and Finn got a little too crazy and obsessed and killed Noah then kidnapped Millie to force her into a relationship with him." Principal Harbour concludes while looking out into the parking lot of the school. He sees a group of teenagers skipping class to leave campus.
"You think that's what happened?" The detective questions as she stares at the man who was watching the kids run and skip up the hill and across the street. "It's a possibility." His voice was deep and he leaned against the wall using his shoulder. The woman only leaned back in the chair she sat in with one leg over her knee. Everything was a possibility in this case. This was the only case she's ever had that seemed so random to her. Outcasts and popular kids and some murder from ten years ago are somehow involved and connected. It was hard for her to put these pieces together. It was messing with her brain.
"Have you tried tracking down the sender of the package or finding the killer?" David asked her, now focusing his attention onto Winona. She stood up and took a few steps closer to him. "Yeah, I've sent the evidence to my friends in the lab after I inspected the package. As for tracking down the killer, we seem to have no luck." She informed him. David exhaled through his nose deeply before standing up straight in front of her. "This case has to be one of the biggest ones I've handled yet. Involving popular kids, old killers, a girl who could never hurt a fly. Why though?" Winona asked, genuinely confused. The high school principal just shook his head with a shrug. "Just look out for more packages. Maybe Noah Schnapp isn't the first one if your theory is true."

"She didn't die," Millie paced the bedroom. "Why didn't she die? Your plan was supposed to be kill her." She refers to Sadie, who was locked down in the basement half naked and with insults burned into her flesh. Finn was actually pretty calm as he sat on the edge of the bed playing with a stress ball. "The plan was never to kill anyone, but to torture them. If they happened to die, then they die. Not by my hands." The older boy got up and smirked at the worried girl. She doesn't understand this game that Finn has set up. It seems so complex and there are so many rules to follow. She just thought they were gonna kill her bullies.
Finn grabbed her by the waist, stopping her from all of that obnoxious movement. "Don't worry, I know what to do. You just have to trust me on this one." He explained to the young girl who was freaking out. She really didn't know what his plan b was, but nodded anyway. "Okay. I trust you." Millie swallowed nervously, feeling so small and fragile in Finn's grip. He bit his lip and let her go before going to the window to clear his mind. The brunette's stress was starting to stress him out, too. He needs to be calm in order for his ideas to work. "We have to let her go." Millie's eyes widen. "What?"
She almost couldn't believe her ears. She was worried that if they let Sadie go, she'll go to the police and tell them about everything. She's the one who gave her that punishment. Finn wasn't worried at all. "Relax." "Relax? Sadie could go to the police!" His jaw tightens at her volume. The tall skinny boy tried to remain calm in front of her. "She may go to the police and tell them about the horrific things we've done to her, but they'll find out that she's got the word rapist on her stomach." "That's not enough," she spoke. "Do you think she'll go to jail for that?" Finn shook his head and glanced over at the scissors sitting on his dresser. He had an idea, a terrible idea.
"I never said anything about jail, Millie. If you want something more affective and brutal, then I suggest you come up with your own plan and tell me about it." She stopped talking, not having a single idea. Finn heard the silence from her and let out a breath. "You still have the gloves on?" He asked for assurance. The short and petite brunette looked at her hands. "Yeah. I do." Finn ran the scenario through his head once more before deciding on it. "Grab those scissors and get the lighter from the nightstand." She did as he told, not really understanding what her plan was. Millie was curious and scared. "Let's go prepare her for her departure."
