We were suppose to leave twenty minutes ago. What's taking him so long? I got out of the car, going back inside the gathering. Not only was I annoyed for not leaving, but now angry at who he was talking to.

He leaned on the table, chatting away with some friends; including his ex, Christina. I inhaled deeply, trying not to overreact. Out of all people, I never would've thought he would be talking to her again. I made my way over to them, lightly wrapping my hand around his on the table.

"Hey baby," He kissed my temple, smiling. "We had somewhere to be," I said softly, casually glaring at Christina. She gave me a sleazy eye roll. "Oh. Oh my gosh, I completely forgot. I'm sorry babe." He face palmed. "I'll catch up with you guys another time." He waved off.

"Wait, Corbyn," Christina called right before we walked out the door. "I figured I'd give you my new number. Just in case." She smirked, handing him a small piece of paper. He took it, shoving it in his pocket. He said goodbye to her as I let go of his arm, angrily walking to the car.

"Baby," He sighed, getting in the car after me. I ignored him, looking out the window. The lights of down town LA has always been better when I least expected them to be. "Y/N," He said again, starting the car.

"Is this about Christina?"

My breathing hitched at her name. She's a lot prettier then me, taller, skinnier, happier. She has everything that I don't. She has more fame, more money. They were together for almost three years, and in that time they've gotten to know every secret, hidden talent and all things in between about each other. We've been together for six months and I can't even remember what we had for dinner last night.

"Please just say something," He begged, gripping the steering wheel.

I looked over at him, heated beyond boil. He could he not know. "Why'd you break up with her?" It came out faster and more forceful then I wanted it to. He frowned his eyebrows, reaching over to take my hand. "That doesn't matter," He weakly smiled, slowing down at the red light. "No Corbyn, it does. Why did you guys break up?"

I could see the lump in his throat get swallowed. "I fell in love with someone else." His gaze was glued to the road, his hand tightened around mine. I opened my mouth to say something but he beat me to it.

"I love you. With all of my heart, I love you. The first time I ever talked to you was at the red carpet in Hollywood almost a year ago. We were walking with a few of your friends when you got asked to come over and speak to us for an interview. We all ended up getting your number and that's when it all started. I don't regret meeting you. Yes Christina was a big part of my life, but she was only a mistake. You've helped me more then she ever did. You push me to be better. You showed me love when no one else did. You're so beautiful, you glow inside and out. I seen the jealousy written all over you. And this," He stopped, pulling out the paper she gave him, throwing it out the window. "Doesn't mean anything to me. I love you, babe. Don't ever think I don't."

The tears fell more and more with every word he spoke. We pulled into the houses drive way, he turned the car off and looked over at me. "I'm sorry," I whispered. He leaned over, kissing me ever so slightly. "I need you in my life, Y/N. You've become my best friend, my go-to, my rider and I'm so blessed by that. Please don't worry about other girls. You're the only one I want. I promise." He locked our pinky's together, kissing it.

"I love you so much." I giggled, wiping my tears away. "I love you more gorgeous."
