Jack wrapped his arm around my waist, resting his head into my shoulder. We were laying in bed, watching a movie. His fingers ran up and down my stomach, causing me to squirm. I gasped, trying to remove his hands from me.

"Jack, your hands are cold!" I shouted. He began tickling me, sitting on my waist. He gripped my hands, placing them above my head. "Can't get away now can ya?" He smirked, leaning down to my neck, placing small kisses. Just as I was getting into it, his phone started ringing. He looked over at it. "Shit," He groaned, picking it up instantly.

His face went into panic and shock. "Yeah, yeah I'll be there. I'm leaving now." I titled my head, giving him a weird look. "To where?" I asked once he hung up. His eyes traveled everywhere else but mine.

"I don't know how else to explain this, and I know you're going to be very upset with me but my ex girlfriend is having my child."

I gave him a blank stare. Is he being serious right now? I sat up, turning the opposite way from him. "Baby look, I know that's a lot to take in. But she's making me pay child support, so I have to go to her."

He stood in front of me, bad mistake. "Why didn't you tell me your ex was pregnant? With your child!" I yelled, standing up to look him in the eyes. I was so pissed off, I wanted to pound him to a pulp. "Babe," he sighed, slipping on some shoes. "I trust you with everything Jack. And you couldn't tell me you were planning on having a kid? That's bullshit!"

I threw on a light jacket while grabbing my phone, heading for the door. "I didn't know how else to tell you. I want you to be apart of this babies life. I want you to be there for everything. I'm not asking you to raise it but I'd like for you to be her second mother figure."

"Oh so it's a girl. Does she have a twin too? Or a brother that I don't know about." I rambled on, grabbing some flip flops and my keys. "Where are you going?" He half shouted as I began walking to my car. "I don't know, Jack! But I need time to think about all this!" I cried.

He seen the pain in my eyes, and I knew it hurt him to see me like this. He stood a few feet away as I started the car and began to drive away. I don't like him seeing me when I'm hurting or crying. It makes me feel weak and I'm far from it.

After a few hours of spending time with the other boys, I decided to go to the hospital and see the baby. Turns out all the boys knew about the baby, but I got over it. Jack did mean it when he said he wanted me to be an extra mother figure. I gave into it, knowing that it wasn't the babies fault.

I asked for Gabbie at the front desk, the lady showing me the way. When we got up there, Gabbie was half asleep on the bed while Jack quietly sat in the chair next to her. Doctors were cleaning the baby, wrapping her up nicely in a blanket. He hasn't seen me yet. They handed the baby to Gabbie, letting her be the first to hold it.

Gabbie began crying as Jack smiled at her. This was all still hard to process. Soon the baby was handed to Jack. He sucked in his bottom lip, quietly talking to it. "Hello baby Lavender, I'm your daddy. Mommy was just holding you. But you have another mommy that you'll meet soon, you're going to love her."

I watched Gabbie give Jack a dirty look. I came into the room a bit more, making myself known. By now the doctors have left. Gabbie eyeing me every second. Jacks eyes lit up once he saw me. I sat down next to him, reaching my finger out for the baby to grab. She instantly stopped crying once she held it.

My stomach did a flip, causing me to giggle. He handed Lav to me, turning to Gabbie to talk to her. "Y/N is Lav's step mother. When you have Lav while she's older, don't make Y/N seem like a bad person. Lavender is going to love her, I know she will."

Jack turned to me again. "Thank you for coming." He smiled. "You know I love kids."

He leaned back in his chair, just watching me play with her. A beautiful baby girl, like her handsome father; something more for me to obsess over.
