2 months since the accident and I am slowly returning to my old shape. My wounds have healed. I feel normal. Ash and me have grown so much closer to each other in these 2 months. I and my mother are living in my Manhattan house as I am not able to take flight. Connor is taking care of business. Connor is my cousin but we have such a strong bond for each other and also he is partner in many restaurants of mine.

Ash comes every single day to hospital to love me, to adore me. And I felt so good when she cares for me like this. I was so blessed to have a girl like Ash in my life. It was heavenly bliss. I wanted to woo her, show her my charming side, her eyes just enchant me, her scent just fill my senses and intoxicates me.

She is talented in so many aspects. She has so much passion for what she does .
Luck bastard! I thought to myself.

I had  always thought of a women who is suitable for me. And then I will marry her, have kids with her and be a happy father. She is faithful to me, there is no reason for me to play around.

I didn’t know that I would feel so strongly for a women. That I could forever drown into her scent. Whatever pieces of Astrid that  I recall of from the past months is just enough for me that she is the women that I have been looking for. The women that I needed.

I was in a better condition now so I texted Ash.

“ Be ready at 7:00 pm. I’ll pick you up from your apartment.” I texted.
“ but why and you should have some rest.” Her message popped up.
“ I am taking rest and please be ready ok.”
“okay love.”

I was excited for tomorrow as I was planning to propose Ash for marriage. God! Tomorrow is a big day for me. I was nervous and excited at the same time. I was waiting to see her reaction, how she would react to all this. I have planned everything and now I just have to buy a beautiful ring for beautiful Astrid.

Next morning I went to a jewelry shop with mom. As she can help me choosing a perfect ring for Ash. Mom was so happy for me as finally I found a girl who will make me happy and mom was also happy with Ash. They both have come so closer to each other in these 2 months and they even talk on phones.

I had never thought that Ash would leave such an impact on my mother. But I was happy to see there bonding. We chose a diamond ring with a big stone on the center. This ring was the  sparklest of all the other rings and it was so beautiful.
