"Okay. So...you're sure that Trina is gone for the day, right?" Jade asked as she looked around Tori's room carefully.

Tori mockingly sighed and smirked at Jade. "If I didn't know better, I'd swear you were afraid of her." Jade narrowed her eyes. "Would you want her to ask youhow it was. Trust me, it's something I wouldn't recommend."

Tori had a thoughtful look on her face for a moment before nodding and shuddering slightly. "Yeah. I can see how that would be a bit...disturbing." She said as a sly smile appeared on her face as she pulled Jade towards her bed as the goth girl laughed. This was a side of Jade that many people didn't see. Most people saw Jade as the school psycho, the person that no one in there right mind would cross but Tori had seen the softer side of Jade and she was still surprised once in awhile by how gentle and kind Jade could be. It was still a little unnerving to see that side of her but it was welcome.

Tori smiled again as Jade laid down on the bed and rested her head on Tori's lap. The goth girl let out a sigh. Tori looked down at her and raised an eyebrow questioningly. Jade looked up at her. "I'm a little worried about Cat. She hasn't been the same since the who "Tina incident" a few days back. She's been sullen, sad and angry."

"Yeah. I heard rumors that she took a leaf out of your book. They found a plastic trash can cut into little pieces the other day, she even ended up snapping at Robbie the other day."

"Wait, was it Robbie or Rex that she was yelling at? Rex, I can understand, but if she was yelling at Robbie then I think we might have to talk to her."

Tori closed her eyes for a moment before opening them again. "From what I heard she was yelling at both of them. Rex made a comment about her...uh...choice in dates and she ended up screaming at Robbie and Rex. She even threatened to rip Rex's arms off."

Jade shook her head as Tori stroked her hair lightly. "We need to help her. I've never heard Cat say things like this before and I've never heard her threaten anyone, even Rex before. She had her heart broken and broken badly."

The two girls looked at each other and Jade shook her head. "Please don't tell me your thinking online dating."

Tori raised and eyebrow and smiled. "Not online dating per say. I was thinking we could set something up for her. Robbie most likely feels bad and he's good with electronics. I have a plan."

Jade looked over at Tori and a small sly smile appeared on her face.

"Tell me more..."

Three days later

"This is a bad idea." Cat growled as Tori and Jade dropped her off in front of the mall. "I'm just going to end up getting laughed at again."

"No, you won't. We set up this date for you on the condition that whoever showed up has to be sincere. They won't mess with you and if they do you can just tell us and we'll track them down and encourage them to be nice." Jade said with a fierce smile that made Tori shudder slightly as they opened the doors and walked with Cat into the mall. Cat's bad mood seemed to evaporate slightly as they walked past numerous stores and restaurants. A few people smiled at her as they walked past and others waved as they went about their business. After a few minutes of walking they arrived in front of a small restaurants and Tori stopped and looked down at her phone as it vibrated.

"Just got a text, your date is waiting for you inside."

Cat looked at her two friends and sighed. "I hope this goes better then the last time I tried to meet someone." She said quietly as the walked into the restaurant and stopped dead in her tracks. Tori and Jade, concerned by her sudden stop walked in after her.

"No way."

"Is that...?"

Cat looked back at the two. Her jaw had dropped in utter shock.

"You two set me up with Alyssa Vaughn?!"

Tori and Jade looked at each other and Tori shrugged helplessly. "...I...I..." She could seem to finish the statement as Alyssa looked up and smiled at Cat and waved at her.

Jade smiled sweetly at Cat and wished her good luck and pulled the stammering Tori out of the restaurant before turning to look at her. "How...How did she end up with Alyssa Vaughn of all people?! I didn't even know she...went that way!" Tori responded.

Tori and Jade looked back inside the restaurant as they heard Cat laugh and heard Alyssa giggle. The two looked at each other.

"I really hope this ends well for those two." Jade mttered.
