Kido immediately stood up from his chair. "Di! You're back!"

"Yes" the icy coldness in his voice became tenfold "and you haven't answered my question. Why are you talking to this woman?"

"He knows me!" Yue's mind screamed, even as she kept her lips pursed together and her back turned against the other man.

She could not even move an inch as dread gripped her. She did not expect she would see HIM right now, or even any time soon!

Zi Wei assured her that he was currently out of the country and he was going to stay abroad for a while. There were at least two more weeks in his schedule to go around the US!

Supposedly, Yue's coast was clear for TWO WEEKS!

She had not prepared her heart or her mind to face the person she had written as a villain to Zuer and Feiyu's love story.

She felt her palms start to sweat.

"Ms. Shen is going to write our story" Kido calmly answered as she remained seated, her head almost bowing to the level of her knees.

"SHE'S WHAT?!?!?!" Wang He Di's voice rose and she saw the other customers in the coffee shop look at them.

Her head rose a little in shock too.

"Di, I think we should talk about this outside" Zi wei's fiancé offered.

Yue had not noticed if Kido gestured towards the other people inside the store but the next time he spoke, DiDi's voice sounded lower than the last. "I don't know why you are saying what you are saying, Kido, but this woman won't write your or Zi Wei's story. That won't ever happen while I am still alive."

Kido sighed and Yue confirmed in her head that Zi Wei really hid the details of her request from her brother. "Di, let us talk outside. Please.

"We can talk here" the other man responded.

He pulled a chair beside Yue and she almost jumped away from him.

"DiDi..." Kido's tone was half pleading, half fuming but there is nothing else that Yue could feel other than heat running through her body as the cold licked her skin with anxiety.

Silence followed and without even looking at him, she could feel that Wang He Di was looking right at her, waiting for her to acknowledge his presence.

She didn't know why her heart rate continued to climb out of fear of him but what was happening now was not helping her get over that fear.

It was almost like an eternity passed before Yue could take a hold of herself, lift her head, and face THE VILLAIN head on... HER VILLAIN.

"So we finally meet Ms. Shen Yue..."

The North Pole had nothing to the iciness of his voice. The way he greeted her was like when Hannibal Lecter said "Hello Clarisse.."

Her heart wanted to jump out of her chest and she realized that he was everything Zuer described and more.

Wang He Di or "DiDi" or her "Mister Villain" was a study in physical perfection.

He looked so much like an angel – strong brows, chiseled nose and thin lips that had this cheeky little quirk that could probably make anyone say "Yes" to him.

He was beautiful.

He was ethereal.

But his eyes smoldered in rage.

And if they could burn through a person, Yue was sure she'd have a hole in her face now.

She swallowed. "Yes Mr. Vill – Wang."

Dear Lord! She almost called him Mister Villain!

His left brow raised. "You seem scared of me..."

"I AM scared of you."

What use was there in denying it? Her fear must be palpable to anyone within ten meters of her.

"Well, you're honest" he commented as though he found it surprising that she was.

Yue fought the strong urge to bolt for a run.

"DiDi, you're making her uncomfortable" Kido's voice cut in the very thin air dividing her and the Wang Corporation Heir.

"Good then. At least she'd know how it feels being uncomfortable. Though I doubt if her discomfort now would compare to the discomfort of knowing someone unscrupulously wrote down a part of your life in a book for public consumption and everyone else around you thinks they know you just because of what's written there."

She could only swallow her saliva with the tension.

DiDi was like a pro-boxer, jabbing with precision, accuracy, and great timing.

If his words were fists, Yue would have been knocked out cold already.

"Di, this is hardly the place or the time to –"

"GEGE!" Zi Wei's voice cut in on what Kido was about to say.

She looked like she had rushed over from wherever it was she came from. Her chest rose up and down, trying to catch her breath.

DiDi raised a brow at the image his sister presented but did not stand up from where he was seated.

"Baby, did you run?!?"

"Hao went to the shop to hand over Di-Ge's gift and then told me that he directly went here after going down the car", Zi Wei explained and the turned to her brother, "Ge, by the looks of things, you must have already said what you wanted to say but to be very clear I asked Ms. Shen to write our story – actually, I pleaded with her. She is doing me and Kido a favor."

"Oh is she?"

Did the man major in sarcasm in a university somewhere?

"SHE IS" Zi Wei responded, deflecting the disdain in her brother's voice. Yue is not used to having other people defend her because she has always been perfectly capable of handling things but right now, she cannot even move – paralyzed in fear.

"She could have just said no to you. I am sure she's earned enough money from the last book she wrote. She doesn't need to milk our family for more."

She felt blood rush to her brain at his last sentence.

Her vision started to darken.

This man did not just say that!

Her brow rose and before she could stop herself, she began to chastise him. "I do not write for money MISTER WANG HE DI! And if you really are intelligent, you would know that if I wanted to get rich, I wouldn't be writing since there really is nothing to earn from writing."

She stood up from her seat and faced Zi Wei and Kido.

"I'm sorry guys. I think I have to take my leave now" she told the engaged couple and then faced the devil – her anger as intense as the fear she felt a while ago "And Mr. Wang, thank you for confirming to me everything I had written about you. Zi Wei already made me reconsider how wrong I was but apparently, I was only wrong about her. I am right in everything I wrote about you."

She almost flew towards the parking lot and as soon as she sat down the driver's seat. She felt her whole body shake in a mix of fear and anger at what had just happened.

Yue knew that she should have expected it.

Really, she should not have even been surprised.

But what happened, happened, and now she knew what the villain thought of her.

"...I am sure she's earned enough money from the last book she wrote. She doesn't need to milk our family for more..."

She took the deepest breath she could to calm her nerves.

"ARGH!!! DAMN! DAMN! DAMN THAT MAN!" she thought to herself as she started her engine.

"HE'S SO INFURIATING!!!!!!!!!!" she screamed.
