Chapter 16: R.I.P

Bigby

I sniffed the air. The stranger was still watching us. I whispered to Clementine.

"Clementine, he's gonna kill us both if I don't eat you. I'm gonna have to make it look like that. Okay?"

Clementine shook her head yes, as a tiny smile crept across her face. Then she screamed, and started running away. I bounded after her, and grabbed her by the collar. She screamed again, and I lifted her up, and flung her into the air. Screeching, she fell through the air, and landed, safely, in my open mouth. I quickly snapped it shut. And sat down. I waited until the stranger stopped watching me, then opened my mouth, and she climbed out.

It

After lee was taken care of, I saw someone else. Two peoples friendship I could put to the test. I flew over to Clementine. And solidified myself. I took the shape of Bigby. I jumped into the clearing.

"Clementine! Stay away from him! I'm the real bigby!" I yelled. I willed Bigby to attack Clementine. I pretended to look concerned when bigby lunged at Clementine.

Clementine

I was actually starting to forgive Bigby when another Bigby jumped out of the woods and yelled;

"Clementine! Stay away from him! I'm the real Bigby!" What? I was confused. I looked between the two of them and backed away slowly. Then the Bigby I was with before lunged out at me. I was tackled to the ground. He grasped my neck. I gasped for air. I scratched his hand. It didn't affect him. Then I dug my nails as hard as I could into his arm. I Scratched him so hard he backed off. I coughed and stood up. Bigby grasped his arm. He looked back at me with yellow eyes. His face looked pissed. I backed away and ran. Bigby grabbed my arm and flung me back. Luckily I landed in the snow. But it still hurt because I skidded onto the ice that was left. I was about an inch away from the freezing water. I slowly stood up only to be tackled into the freezing water. I sunk down into the depths of the lake as Bigby strangled me. I could see bubbles of precious air escaping my lungs and floating up to the surface. I hit the bottom of the lake with a thud. The arrow was almost completely through my shoulder. The only thing keeping it in place was the feathers in the back. Bigby continued to strangle me. But he wasn't losing any air. I started to panic. I tried to claw at his arms again but I was becoming too weak. I relaxed as I saw a bright light. Then all of a sudden Bigby was yanked off of me. And someone carried me to the surface.

Jodie

Aiden brought us back to the lake. I looked around, Joel wasn't there. But then I saw Bigby tackle Clementine into the water. But he was also on land. What? I dived after Clementine. Bigby was strangling her. I grabbed Bigby's collar and pulled him of of her. I took Clementine and swam back up to the surface. Clementine coughed. She was shivering. I carried her to land and tried to warm her up.

"What the hell are you doing?! Shes 11!" I yelled at Bigby. He just stared at me.

"That wasn't me. That was the fake Bigby. I'm the real Bigby." He said. I was confused. Then Bigby came out of the water. He came over and stood next the other Bigby. There were two of them? Then I looked over the lake. I saw a corpse that looked like Lee. I gasped which made Clementine look in my direction. I tried to cover her eyes but she took my hand away from her face.

Ellie

We followed Jodie to the lake. When we got there she dived in the water. Sarah and me stayed on land and waited. When Jodie reemerged from the water, she was holding Clementine. Then Bigby popped up out of the water. But... he was already on land... What's going on? Jodie was yelling something when I saw Lee. I heard Jodie gasp. She saw him too. She covered Clementine's eyes, but Clementine saw. I felt bad for her. She still had the arrow in her shoulder and now her friend died. But what happened to Lee? He was laying in a big puddle of blood. I looked away. Clementine froze. She hadn't moved since she saw him. Her eyes were wide. Her expression hadn't changed but tears were spilling out of her eyes.

"Lee?" She whimpered. She got up and held her shoulder. She walked over to Lee. She stared at him for a moment then went down to her knees. She was still shaking. Then she started sobbing. Her shoulders drooped. Her face was in her hands. I looked at Jodie. She was holding back tears, and to be honest, I was too.

Joel

As I climbed out of the woods I saw lee. Or what was left of him. He had bite marks in his neck, and deep, long scratches along his chest. I backed up in horror. I knew only one person who could do this. I soon heard footsteps along the ground. I saw Clementine. She ran up and sobbed.I looked back. I saw Jodie holding up bigby with aiden powers. But then another bigby came up?

"I'm not the real Bigby. I came here to save you from him, to warn you. Show what he is capable of." And with that, he faded away. I was really confused. What was going on?
