outfit notes cause I'm picky: With Katyas outfit instead of it being a bodysuit, it's a tight jacket and she is wearing black ripped jeans and black doc martins.

I woke up early because I planned to surprise trixie before school, I showered and got dressed I looked hot today with a tight red latex/leather jacket and black ripped skinny jeans my whole outfit was so tight is looked like it was painted on, I grabbed my wallet and keys and headed to Starbucks. I had no idea what trixie would like so I ordered myself a black coffee, coffee cake and trixie a pink drink and 2 cake pops, I headed to trixies house and waited for her to leave for school. When trixie came out the door she looked so cute with a yellow plaid dress that was almost dangerously short with white over the knee boots when she saw me she smiled and ran to my car and hopped in

"You look so good oh my god. I'm already getting jealous of all the guys that are gonna be staring at your ass in that dress all day"

I could see her blush even through her makeup
"Don't worry no one looks at me. There's not much to look at"

"You're joking right? You are so hot trixie! Guys and probably some girls notice you in the halls"

"I'm really not Katya. It's okay though because I have cute outfits and good makeup skills"

"You really think just anyone can pull off what you wear? You are so hot and I don't want to hear you say you're not because that is just lying to yourself and me"

"Whatever you say Zamo" she said this with a smile and an eye roll, I think she is catching on to how much I love a bratty attitude.

"You'll see. I'll show you something when we go to my place after your done school today"
"Oh and don't roll your eyes at me mrs.mattel. I got you a pink drink and cake pops"

I drove her to school in a comfortable silence it's of us sipping on our drinks every once in a while. When we got to the school I opened trixie door and gave her a peck on the lips before she got out  "I'll see you in a couple hours okay? I think I'm gonna go look at houses and apartments today"

"Oooo I love an established woman"

"Go to school you weirdo Hahahaha" I patted her ass and waved goodbye as she entered the school. I grabbed my phone and searched apartments for sale and to my surprise there were three new penthouses for sale so I put the address of the first one into my gps and headed there right away.

The first one was okay but it didn't have very good lighting and the bathroom was too small for my liking so I headed to the second one which I liked a lot more and it was a lot closer to trixie as well. The huge apartment had floor to ceiling windows on two of the walls with 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom,  the master bed room was huge with an electric fireplace and floor to ceiling window as one of the four walls, the bathroom had a big sliding door made of barn wood with a jacuzzi tub and shower that could close to become a steam room. The kitchen had white marble countertops, a double oven and a stove top built into the counter next to a huge sink, the fridge had a separate section for wine, The living room had a electric fireplace that matched the one in the master but bigger there was a patio on the main level and a hot tub on the roof. This was perfect. I turned to the agent showing me the house and told her I would take it paying for it full in cash no mortgage. I signed a bunch of paper work and paid her that same day. I told my mom I bought a place and she was very happy for me. With $900,000 less I headed to pick up trixie from school
