We spent a day in the Medicine bow forest just enjoying nature, so nothing much to say except about the thunderstorm in the middle of the night but we'll get to that so have some pictures.

So speaking of that thunderstorm, I didn't even know it was happening until one of the girls in my tent kicked me awake, and she was absolutely losing it she was super scared and it was so crazy, and I got freaked out a bit only because she was freaked out. The thunder was right overhead and it was echoing super loudly so yeah it was a little crazy. She insisted we run outside to the vans, so we covered ourselves in our sleeping bags and ran out, and I tried to get to one van but they were full so I had to run to the other. Now, mind you, I was barefoot on rocky ground in the middle of the pitch black night and only able to see for fractions of a second when a bolt flashed, so that was less than entertaining.i got to the van where they told us that they weren't even going to wake us up anyway because we would have been fine, and I agreed. Then it rained for like, five minutes and we went back. Then at 1 AM all the guys came out and we're being loud about putting up a tent and they made a Snapchat video about it and it is some serious comedy gold and if I had it I would show you guys. That was pretty much it!
