I get tweet after tweet, message after message saying how much people hate me and I believe them I really do because who would love a fat, over hyper, childish person like me.

You see it was gone 1am and we had just finished our concert and was finally allowed to go back to the hotel now.
"Louis, your spacing out again" Niall spoke
"Oh sorry" I laughed before following Niall to the van.
Niall's point of view
I have been watching Louis for the past week and I noticed he's not been himself.
"Hazza, can I speak to you when we get to the hotel please" I asked Harry as he nodded
"Yeah sure is everything ok" Harry questioned
"Not really man" I replied as he nodded

"I think Louis is going through some deep shit" I suggested
"No he's fine" Harry replied
"Fine doesn't mean fine Harry, it means help me upside down. I think he's not been eating, he might be self harming and he is depressed" I suggested as Harry thought about it.
"Shit your right Ni, thanks" Harry rushed out of the room
'Shame he didn't ask how i knew that, Only Zayn knows my secrets' I thought to myself as I grabbed my phone.

Once I hit send I dropped my phone on my bed before locking myself away from everyone in a different room.

As I walked into Louis and my room, I realised it was quiet until I walked into the bathroom
There was Louis sat on the floor crying and cutting his skin open
"No no no Louis" I screamed as I took the blade off him
"I'm sorry" Louis cried
"Come on babe, let's get you to the hospital," I told him before picking him up and taking him to Paul.
SKIP TO WHEN THE DOCTOR COMES OUT THE ROOM TO SPEAK TO THEM
"Right Louis has been diagnosed with anorexia, depression and self harm, he's ok, we have bandaged him up and got him help but I do want to keep him in for two days" The doctor told us before leading us to Louis
"Hey Lou, you okay" Liam asked
"Yeah" Louis replied hugging me
"Sorry babe" Louis spoke
"Don't ever do that to me again" I told him
"Where is Ni" Zayn asked
