It's been a year since unforgettable fourth of July of 1985 , but that wasn't the last dreadful thing that happened that year in Hawkins, Indiana.
While Billy fell into a coma and Joyce moved in other town with Jonathan, Will and Eleven, Hopper was held as a prisoner by the Russians, who had also captured a demogorgon.
Long story short, Joyce had to come back with kids. They teamed up against the evil, Eleven got her powers back and won, once again.
Hopper immediately asked Joyce to marry him, she said yes. Mike & Eleven and Nancy & Jonathan reunited again. Their love was stronger than ever before. Dustin was still dating Suzie and was planning on to meeting her, Robin, Steve, Nancy and Jonathan were best friends, Lucas and Max were happy together, but there was something bugging Max. She missed her step-brother, who was still in a coma and nobody knew when he'd wake up. And nobody knew that Steve would fall for someone like him, someone like Billy Hargrove.
