Lisa and Michael were bored.
There was no other way to put it, they were bored.
So, as legal adults, they decided it would be fun to go on a little adventure.
And by adventure, they meant a club.
And by they, it was just Michael who wanted to go.
Lisa wasn't exactly thrilled about this idea seeing as one, she was gay and she had little, to no shot at all to have any fun, and two, she really wasn't a 'clubbing' type of person, she would very much rather go shopping or staying home watching Netflix or reading a book.
But, Michael insisted he wanted to do something different and something fun, to which Lisa jokingly suggested they should go clubbing. Michael, however, thought it was the most brilliant idea Lisa has ever had.
Sure, Michael had to do a shit-ton of convincing and he had to use his 'persuassion techniques' to get Lisa to agree (which was Michael annoying Lisa until she said yes to clubbing - literally. He even used a flute.)
Somewhere along the lines, Luke was mentioned and now he was also joining Michael and Lisa, which ended up on him, also telling his other best friends, Calum and Ashton.
They were all currently waiting in line to get in.
Lisa was trying to not get annoyed at Michael for dragging her into this, she was close with all of Michael's friends, but sometimes she did get a tad uncomfortable when she was the only girl in the group. Especially in situations like this, they were all going to do their own thing, and she was going to be left alone in a place she didn't even want to come in the first place.
As the line slowly moved, Lisa muttered a barely audible, "I hate you, Michael."
However, Michael caught it, and he stuck his bottom lip out, pretending to be hurt. He wasn't genuinely hurt because he knew Lisa didn't actually mean it.
"I'm sorry, Lisa, I just wanted to do something different."
She had to refrain herself from rolling her eyes. Couldn't they had gone bowling? Or even riding horses? A Safari, maybe? This just wasn't her scene, and knowing she was going to be alone most of the time, didn't really help her case either.
"I still hate you," She replied, her tone emotionless.
After that, Michael ignored her for a bit, he was talking back and forth with Luke, Ashton and Calum. Lisa didn't even partake in the conversation, she was too annoyed at everything to even utter a single word.
Eventually, they finally got in the club. All of them simoultaneously heading to bar, each of them ordering their own 'poison.'
Lisa didn't feel like getting drunk tonight either, so she didn't really order anything. Besides, she was the designated driver, she couldn't get drunk even if she wanted to.
As she had predicted, all of the guys headed their seperate ways, each of them chatting up a different girl, so there Lisa was, sitting alone at a bar when she would rather be doing anything else.
She had beenhere for entirely too long.
A presence who sat on the spot beside her made her turn her head in that direction. He shot her a smile, and she politely shot one back.
Besides the fact she was a lesbian, she couldn't deny he was an attractive guy. She still appreciated the beauty of the male species, she just wasn't particularly attracted to them. Maybe if it was Ian Somerhalder she would be, but that wasn't the case, so who was she kidding?
