Waterfly's P.O.V:

"We shouldn't have chased them.. now they're gone for good." Clearlight muttered as they headed back to Lightclan's borders. Waterfly sighed and nodded and looked at her paws.

She saw Silverstar roll her eyes, "Oh, give me a break, they were escaping. We had to chase after them otherwise they were definitely getting away."

Fernpelt growled and stomped ahead of them, blocking their way, "We need to track them down. Take them back to camp and teach them a lesson for running away when we were trying to be kind."

"kind??"  Clearlight hissed, "Kind?! We captured them! Forced them to stay in camp and then fought them!! I don't believe that was kind."

Waterfly nodded, "Yes. But Cloud was injured. He needs a medicine cat to look after him. We must go back and find them."

Silverstar groaned and sat down. "Fine. Me and Waterfly will go after them. Clearlight, you and Fernpelt go back to camp and explain to everyone what happened."

Clearlight glared at Silverstar, "No way! I am coming with you!!" He lashed his tail.

Waterfly looked at Silverstar and nodded, "Bring Clearlight, his shape-shifting powers will help." She smiled.

Silverstar looked away and nodded, "Ok. Clearlight you come too. Will you be ok on your own, Fernpelt?"

Fernpelt huffed, "I'm deputy, I think I can handle this on my own." He lifted his head a little higher and smiled proudly. "Good luck, though."

Silverstar nodded and led the way back to the border and into twolegplace.

Clearlight's P.O.V:

The three cats searched the grey environment called twolegplace for any signs of Storm and Cloud while discussing their plan.

"I could change into a squirrel and lure them to you?" Clearlight suggested as he sniffed a bit of twoleg rubbish and wrinkled his nose in disgust.

Silverstar looked over at Clearlight from where she stood on a fence, "Good idea!" She jumped down. "But we need to find them first!!" She joked.

Waterfly trotted up to them, "No sign of them by that twoleg den. Let's try picking up the stale scents in the alleyway again but this time search harder. We might find the place where they escaped. Then we'll follow their scent trails and find them!"

Silverstar and Clearlight nodded in agreement and they set off to the alleyway.

Storm's P.O.V:

Cloud stared at the large tom, "I could say the same about you, Lion."

Storm watched Lion as he stepped closer to them. Two mean-looking she cats flanked him, their claws unsheathed and teeth bared.

"I thought you promised not to come around these parts." Lion smirked and unsheathed his long claws. "This is my territory."

Cloud stayed protectively in front of Storm, "We were just going back. We didn't hunt or anything so you have no reason to attack us." His voice cracked with fear and Storm saw satisfaction clearly plastered on Lion's face.

Lion chuckled deeply, "You may not have hunted, but you still trespassed which means I can still kill you." His thick fur was surprisingly smooth and unruffled by the conversation.

Storm felt Cloud's fur rise up along his back, "I hardly think that's fair..."

Lion nodded, "Yes... your right. It is not fair." He looked down at his paws and Storm felt the weight on his chest lighten, "But that is how I like it. Unfair." He let out a loud screech and the two she cats charged at Storm and Cloud.

Storm had no time to react as the brown she cat bowled him over and pinned him easily. He writhed in her hold and hissed and spat in anger but her grip was unusually strong and he couldn't get loose. He let out a breath and looked over at Cloud. The same thing was happening to the old tom.

Once they gave up and stopped moving, Lion padded towards them, "Having fun, are we?" He grinned and stalked away. The two she cats picked Storm and Cloud up by the scruff and dragged them away.
