Silverstar's P.O.V:
Brilliant. Silverstar thought in her head as she hurriedly ended the clan meeting and climbed into her den. She sat down on her nest and sighed. Now the clan feels unsafe.
"May I come in?" A voice sounded from the den entrance. Silverstar glanced up to see Waterfly balancing skillfully on the branch outside Silverstar's den.
"Yes." Silverstar mumbled and sat up straighter and quickly licked her chest fur as the blue-grey medicine cat padded inside.
Waterfly took a seat in front of Silverstar and silently watched her. Silverstar could tell Waterfly wasn't sure what to say. The she cat blinked her dark blue eyes and twitched her whiskers before finally speaking, "Don't worry about the clan. They will get used to it."
Silverstar sighed heavily and nodded, "It's not that..." she lied softly and foxed her gaze on her paws.
Waterfly sunk to the ground so that she lay in front of Silverstar, "At least you know how to hide your eyes when you lie." She pushed her nose against Silverstar's forehead briefly before meowing, "Please do not fret, my leader. Lightclan needs a strong cat to lead them, especially if Magiclan are causing problems."
Silverstar sighed again and rested her head on her paws. Her tail flicked nervously, "But... what if I'm not... the right cat... to lead Lightclan?" She closed her eyes, "Maybe I was never supposed to come back here."
Waterfly gasped, "Do not ever say that! Who gave you your nine lives?"
Silverstar grumbled, "Starclan."
"And who gave you your powers?"
"Starclan.."
"Who loves you?"
"Starc- wait what?" Silverstar opened her eyes and looked up at Waterfly, "What?" She repeated.
Waterfly raised an eyebrow, "You still don't realise it? My Starclan you are blind sometimes." She rolled her eyes, "Stormflame loves you!"
Silverstar's eyes widened, "W-what?! He does?" She jumped to her paws, shocked. "I-I thought I was the only one. I didn't know he liked me too." She breathed and kneaded her paws on the ground.
Waterfly looked up at Silverstar, "See? Your clan needs you and so does Stormflame. Don't lose hope because of some grumbling warriors." The medicine cat smiled up at Silverstar, "and if I remember correctly... you still have to complete Stormflame's assessment."
Silverstar nodded, "Ok." She smiled and trotted out of the den, "Thanks, Waterfly!" She called as she climbed down happily.

Stormflame's P.O.V:
"Stormflame! We're going to finish off your assessment!!" An excited voice called Stormflame out of his thoughts he shook his head slightly and glanced up at Silverstar. She was unusually bubbly and she grinned down at Stormflame as he slowly got to his paws and quickly gave his paw a few licks.
"What are we doing now?" Stormflame asked as he followed Silverstar into the forest. The trees swayed in the breeze that had picked up as the sun reached its highest point in the sky.
Silverstar didn't turn to look at him, she just flicked her tail and continued her brisk pace in front of him, "Power practice." She replied.
Stormflame nodded silently even though she probably didn't know he did. He bushed out his black fur to warm up as the breeze picked up and his fast pace faltered a bit. He nearly tripped over his own paws and he slowed down slightly.
