Stormflame's P.O.V:
"Ready?"
Stormflame nodded at Silverstar, "Yup."
"Remember, you have until sunset to catch as much prey as possible." Silverstar grinned and crouched beside Stormflame.
"Ok." Stormflame nodded again and tensed his muscles as he got ready for Silverstar to give the signal.
Silverstar started the countdown, "Ready..... Set....." Stormflame could barely keep the excited squeal from his lips, "GO!!"
The two of them shot off. Stormflame headed for Magiclan, Silverstar headed for Monsterclan.
Stormflame lifted his nose into the air as he reached the border. He slowed to a stop and sniffed the air deeply. Rabbit.
He looked around for the animal and saw the rabbit a few paces from the border. He would have to veer closer to the border to chase the rabbit into Lightclan's territory, otherwise he would be caught trespassing on Magiclan ground and after the recent battle... Stormflame couldn't risk it.
He got into the hunting crouch and slowly crept towards the rabbit. He made sure he was downwind from his prey so that it did not smell him.
Once he was only a few tail lengths away from the rabbit, he burst forwards and ran towards it. The rabbit started running immediately and it bounded quickly along the border. Stormflame willed it not to cross it.
The rabbit suddenly veered over the border and Stormflame had no other choice but to follow it. A rabbit this plump would feed the entire nursery.
It was funny how only after a few days of clan life he was already thinking about doing things for the good of the clan and not himself. Maybe he was meant for clan life.
He was so lost in thought he didn't see the hedge until it was too late. He ran straight into it at full speed and flipped over onto his back and tumbled a couple of fox lengths before stopping on his side.
I always dodge things in twolegplace. Why didn't I do that there? He groaned and grumbled and got to his paws. He shook his head and body and looked around. He was a good distance from the border back to his clan territory. He sighed and looked around, no sign of patrols. Or the rabbit.
He glanced around one more time before darting for the border. His legs pumped quickly beneath him and he propelled himself forwards as quick as possible.
Just a few more heartbeats and I'll be past the border.
Then a yowl sounded beside him and a cat rushed into his side.

Silverstar's P.O.V:
Silverstar checked the sky. I could probably catch one more squirrel and then head back to the training hollow to meet Stormflame.
She stepped back to admire her kills. 2 mice, a vole and a squirrel.
Hunting was fun with her new wind powers. She could make the wind point downwind so that she could get really close to her prey. She could also use her powers to send a strong blast of air into a tree to knock the squirrels out of it.
She checked the sky again and smiled. Just one more squirrel and she should win the challenge.
Suddenly, Silverstar heard sparkling. She looked around to see a faint outline of a cat.
"Quick, Silverstar, Stormflame is in trouble." The cat whispered.
Silverstar tilted her head to the side and studied the cat. Then it clicked, "Skystar!!" She gasped, "What are you doing here?"
