Silverstar's P.O.V:
Two days had gone by since the twolegplace incident.
Storm had eventually allowed Clearlight to help Cloud into the elders den. The frail tom seemed to enjoy telling stories to the kits about his life as a rogue and Silverstar sometimes overheard him saying to Poppyfire, the other elder, how much he now liked clan life.
Waterfly busied herself and Nutwhisker with treating the sick kits. Sadly, Snowkit and Sandkit had caught a cold and Silverstar was worried it could develope into Whitecough.
"Silverstar?" A voice broke through her thoughts and she turned to see Fernpelt. "Should I send out the dusk patrol now?"
Silverstar nodded, "Yes, take them along the Monsterclan border and check for any signs of trouble. Ever since that last border skirmish last moon Darkstar has been acting suspicious."
Fernpelt dipped his head, "Yes, Silverstar." And trotted away to get the patrol ready.

Storm's P.O.V:
Storm sat in the medicine den on his small nest. The strong scent of herbs was starting to annoy him. He wasn't allowed out of the camp unless a warrior went with him to make sure he didn't run away. Can't they trust me enough? I would never leave without Cloud.
"Storm?" Nutwhisker meowed, "You ok there?" He stood at the entrance to the den, his brown fur slightly messy as if he had been running.
Storm grunted in response, "What do you want?" His tail twitched and he kept his gaze low.
"I was just wondering how you're settling in. It must be weird for you, being here." The apprentice medicine cat meowed sympathetically.
Storm narrowed his eyes in frustration, "I'm not a kit! You don't need to check on me every three seconds!!" He unsheathed his claws and growled, standing up.
Nutwhisker's eyes widened and Storm saw a mixture of fear and surprise light up the cats green eyes. "I-I'm sorry!" He composed himself and hissed, "Don't be so rude to me! I'm trying to help."
Storm rolled his eyes, "I don't want your help then." He glared at Nutwhisker angrily and pushed past the tom. "I'm going into the forest for a while." He muttered and sprinted out of camp before any cat could stop him.

Waterfly's P.O.V:
Waterfly was just about to reach the camp entrance when Storm ran straight into her. She dropped the precious catmint she was holding and let out a hiss of annoyance. Then her mind suddenly realised that it was Storm who had run out of camp and yowled, "Hey, Wait!!"
She left the herbs and dashed after the black tom. He was a fast runner and Waterfly had trouble catching up with him. I suppose he has to be as quick as this in twolegplace... There must be all kinds of danger there.
Without warning, Storm skidded to a halt and Waterfly ran straight into his rear. She fell on her back, startled. She got to her paws and shook out her thick fur. "Why'd you stop?" She growled at Storm but the rogue had his eyes fixed on something else.
Waterfly followed his gaze to see a skinny fox staring at the two of them. Its teeth were bared and a low snarl escaped its mouth. Waterfly found herself rooted to the spot in terror.
The fox slowly stalked towards the two of them, its ears back. Then it lunged for Waterfly. She dodged and raises a paw to shoot the fox with water in the eyes but it sidestepped and lunged again.
Before it could touch Waterfly, Storm was there, beating the fox back with hard and calculated blows. But soon the fox grew tired of Storm and forced its way past him and back for Waterfly. She had no time to react and she found herself pinned under the fox's strong claws.
Waterfly let out a squeal as the fox tried to deal the killing bite but it never got the chance. Its fur suddenly caught fire and it let out a loud bark of pain before racing away.
Waterfly got to her paws and stared at Storm. His eyes blazed even brighter than before, his claws were unsheathed to the max and, the most weird of them all, the tip of his tail was on fire. The flame seemed to stay in one place and it didn't seem to harm Storm.
She took a wary step towards Storm, "Storm?"
Storm lowered his head abruptly and the fire on his tail went out, his claws slid back into their sheaths and hs eyes closed. He raised his head again and stared at Waterfly.
"What is wrong with me?"

Silverstar's P.O.V:
Many whispers and meows brought Silverstar out of her nap and she rose to her paws. What is going on out there? She padded out of her den and climbed down the Hightree from where the den was and saw a crowd of cats near the centre of camp.
Silverstar saw Clearlight around the outskirts and called him over, "What is all this?" She asked once he reached her.
Clearlight shrugged, "Storm and Waterfly burst into camp claiming Storm had fire powers. I'm not sure if it's true or not but go see for yourself."
Silverstar narrowed her eyes but nodded and trotted into the crowd. The cats parted to let her through to where Waterfly and Storm stood. Storm looked terrified. His eyes were wide and unblinking and his fur was bristling. Silverstar felt sorry for him. If it were true he had developed a power then it must've been a huge shock for him.
She approached him, careful not to scare him. "Storm, are you ok?"
The black tom turned his frightened gaze to stare at Silverstar. He shook his head slowly.
Silverstar looked up at Waterfly, "So it's true? He developed a power?"
Waterfly nodded, "As soon as he realised he went into shock. I just sent Nutwhisker to fetch some thyme to help sooth him."
"Good." Silverstar smiled at the medicine cat and turned back to Storm. She lay her tail on his shoulder and smiled reassuringly at him, "Do not worry Storm. We will help you."
He nodded without saying a thing and as Silverstar nudged him to her den, he didn't hesitate.

Clearlight's P.O.V:
Clearlight sat beside Waterfly and Silverstar. Storm sat opposite him.
Silverstar began, "So. Storm had discovered he had fire powers."
Waterfly nodded, "Which means he could have something to do with the clans."
Clearlight agreed, "Exactly."
Silverstar narrowed her eyes, "Wait.. what are the four elements?" She waited for an answer.
Waterfly took a while to answer but eventually meowed, "Water, Fire, Earth and Air."
Silverstar nodded, "We already have fire and water... We did have earth when Skystar was with us. All is missing is Air."
Storm stayed silently through the entire conversation, looking down at his paws.
"So what you're saying is.....?" Clearlight tilted his grey head to the side in confusion.
Silverstar answered, "I think that another prophecy is coming and it includes him. He is the fire." She pointed her tail at the hunched black cat.
"So.....?" Clearlight was still confused and Silverstar couldn't help but let out a chuckle.
"It means that Storm must join the clan."
