Silverstar's P.O.V:
Silverstar led her patrol through the forest in a hurried trot. They stayed silent and low to the ground incase the 'evil' that was coming really had captured Clearlight, Waterfly and the patrol.
They neared the twoleg border and Silverstar heard something in the trees. She stopped the patrol and looked up. She saw the flash of a ginger tail and the fur of a white cat. She yowled, "Whoever is up there, please come down."
The trees around the patrol rustled some more before four cats jumped down around the patrol. The flame coloured one spoke first, "We are the Four Elementals. We have your clan mates. Surrender willingly or die."
Silverstar met the tom's gaze steadily with a frown, "I am Silverstar, leader of Lightclan. I would suggest you let my clan mates escape unless you want a full battle on your paws."
"So you are the leader of this clan?" The brown tom smiled hungrily, "Do you have any.. powers?"
"Yes," Silverstar meowed slowly, "Wind powers.."
"The wind elemental!" The blue furred one cried and dashed for Silverstar. Bluestorm leapt in front of Silverstar and snarled aggressively. The blue tom took a step back and growled.
The four toms paced around the patrol of three until the flame foloured tom meowed, "How about, instead of locking up and killing the elementals unfairly, we challenge you to a battle. Your clan against the four of us?" He meowed confidently.
Silverstar trailed her gaze across the four toms and dipped her head in agreement, "Return my captured warriors and we will have the battle at Sunrise tomorrow."
"Sundown today or your captured warriors are killed." The white tom hissed.
"Fine." Silverstar meowed curtly and dipped her head to the powerful tom. "Now show me where you are keeping my warriors."
"Very well. Follow." The brown tom grunted and trotted ahead quickly. Silverstar hurried behind him with her patrol following closely behind.
They padded further along the border, closer to Monsterclan. Then Silverstar saw huge bubbles of water come into view. Inside the bubbles were her warriors. She glared at the blue furred tom who seemed to be the water elemental. "Release them this instant!"
The blue tom rolled his eyes and with a sweep of his slender tail, the bubbles all popped and the captured cats ran to Silverstar's side. Clearlight meowed, "How'd you beat them?"
"I didn't." Silverstar whispered, "At Sundown today we will meet in battle with them."
"Where?" Waterfly padded to Clearlight's side and flashed a glare at the four toms.
The flame furred tom answered before Silverstar could, "In the territory outside your forest, the abandoned one."
Silverstar thought for a second and then nodded, "Alright. At Sundown we meet in the Leaf-bare hunting grounds for a battle." Even though there were no trees to climb or bushes to hide behind, Lightclan cats were also quite good runners and the moorland would provide full view of their surroundings as well. Silverstar bowed her head again at the four toms, "See you at sundown."
The flame coloured tom nodded with a challenging gaze, "I look forward to prolonging each of your warriors' deaths while you watch, helplessly."
Silverstar had to concentrate hard not to attack the bold tom right there and then. Instead, she stiffly turned away and led her warriors back to camp, tail streaming behind her.

Stormflame's P.O.V:
Stormflame sat down beside Skystar. The white she cat's pelt was completely full of colour; it was as if she wasn't part of Starclan yet.
Stormflame was still quite shocked that Skystar was the one who had been speaking in his head this whole time. She had explained to him that she had appointed herself, against Wildstar's wishes, as Stormflame's guardian. Stormflame was still confused as to why the legendary leader had chosen him to watch over but he didn't argue.
Suddenly, Skystar stood up and perked her ears, "Danger." She meowed before going invisible again. He still felt her presence but he couldn't see or smell her.
Stormflame trotted out of the empty warriors den just in time to see Silverstar race into came followed by her patrol, Clearlight, Waterfly, Slowsky, Bigstep and Cloudpaw. Stormflame rushed to Silverstar's side, worried for her. "What happened?"
"The evil is here. I'll explain everything in a clan meeting." Silverstar briefly pushed her nose into Stormflame's cheek before running to the Hightree. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the Hightree for a clan meeting!!"
Stormflame raised his paw to touch his cheek. It still tingled from Silverstar's soft touch and he let out a small purr before settling down to listen to Silverstar's news.

Waterfly's P.O.V:
"Nutwhisker!!" Waterfly yowled in a blind panic. "Get herbs ready! The battle is upon us!!"
Nutwhisker brushed against Waterfly to calm her, "Shh. Calm down. I already got the herb bundles ready. Everything is fine."
Waterfly took a deep, shaky breath and sat down on the dusty medicine den floor. She pawed at a stray poppy seed and sighed. "Those cats were so powerful.." she felt a tear plop onto her nose, "That cat cut off my oxygen for Starclan's sake! I couldn't breath!!" She cried as Nutwhisker began grooming her messy fur.
The medicine cat apprentice meowed, "You are a medicine cat. You don't have to join the battle."
"But then I'd be a weakling... I would be mocked." Waterfly leaned against her apprentice with a small sob. "I'm so confused."
Nutwhisker nodded, "I know. You've been through a lot and you're coping really well. Just a bit longer and then you can become an elder." He chuckled lightly.
Waterfly smiled sadly, "You really think I'm that old?"
Nutwhisker ignored her question and meowed, "I remember Skystar used to tell me something whenever I was feeling blue. It was: Never give up. There is no such thing as an ending, just a new beginning."
Waterfly sniffed and glanced up at Nutwhisker, "Thank you."
Nutwhisker shrugged, "Don't thank me, thank my mother. Skystar was the best mother any cat could have."
"Then it's a good thing you are a medicine cat then, huh? You can visit her in dreams all the time." Waterfly smiled. Her tears had stopped and she felt strengthened by Nutwhisker's reassurance.
"Yes, I suppose." Nutwhisker meowed wistfully.

A/N:
Short chapter I know :3
Who's your favourite character in the Will Lightclan Survive Series?
Mine is Nutwhisker. He is sweet, kind, caring.. even though his mother, Skystar, died when he was still young and so much pressure has been put on him. He's one of those characters that care more about the cats around him than himself. Throughout the book, no one has once said: "Nutwhisker are you ok?" Nope, it was always Nutwhisker comforting others.
Even though I am Skystar, she was never my fave character. It was always her son, Nutwhisker. Betrayal at its finest :DSee ya later readers
