Stormflame's P.O.V:

Stormflame followed Silverstar's patrol as they ran to the Leaf-bare Hunting Grounds. He stared at the dark grey sky as lightning flashed close by, sending a deafening rumble of thunder afterwards. He felt a rain drop plop onto his nose and he frowned softly. Typical. Rain.

Hey, don't fret. Everything will be fine. Skystar's voice filled Stormflame's head and he twisted his head to the left to see Skystar's faint, sparkling outline running beside the patrol. He smiled at her and continued following Silverstar.

The clan slowed to a slow trot as they reached the battle ground. Stormflame gazed across the moorland until he spotted four figures that signalled the enemies were already there. Silverstar led the clan further into the moorland until they were close enough to the toms that they could hear eachother.

Silverstar jumped onto a rock with her head held high. Clearlight jumped up beside her and Fernpelt leapt up on her other side. The three patrols spread out behind the three patrol leaders with proud expressions. Stormflame smiled, he had never gone to battle like this with the whole clan around him. It gave him strength as he stood tall beside Waterfly and Whitetail. Silverstar had allowed the apprentices to accompany the battle patrol so Ashpaw stretched his head high on Stormflame's other side.

The flame coloured tom who was apparently named Fire yowled, "It is time for the ancient prophecy to be completed!!" He took a deep breath and screeched, "ATTACK!!"

Silverstar reared up onto her hind legs and yowled, "Lightclan ATTACK!!" She leapt off the rock and charged at the opposing cats. Her patrol followed with yowls and screeches. Clearlight and Fernpelt lead their patrols to either side. Stormflame made sure Ashpaw stayed close to him as they ran with Silverstar's patrol.

It only took a few short heartbeats for Silverstar's patrol to clash with the four cats. It was funny that a whole clan was needed to take down four elemental rogues.

Stormflame darted for Wind and attacked the huge white tom with all claws and teeth. Wind just laughed as the wounds made by Stormflame immediately self-healed. The white tom swatted Stormflame a few fox-lengths away with amazing strength. He got to his paws quickly and examined the battle going on in front of him. Cats of Lightclan were being thrown in all different directions as if they were only pesky flies.

Stormflame saw Ashpaw attempt to attack Water with a front paw strike but the small apprentice was tossed away into a gorse bush. Stormflame gasped, "Ashpaw!" And raced for his apprentice. Luckily, Ashpaw wasn't hurt too much, only a slight limp. "Ashpaw, go to Nutwhisker and help him. This is not a battle for apprentices. I'm sorry." Stormflame ordered quickly as he watched Whitetail do the same with Cloudpaw.

Ashpaw grunted and dashed to where Nutwhisker was without any complaints. Stormflame turned back to the battle and raised his paws into the air. He shot a fireball straight for Water in revenge for hurting Ashpaw. Water dodged the fireball easily and darted away from the mass of cats trying to attack him and charged at Stormflame.

Stormflame unsheathed his claws and ran to meet Water head on. They clashed but Water's added strength from being immortal knocked Stormflame down. He scrambled to his paws just in time to dodge a sharp spike of water coming for him. Stormflame managed to send a flurry of fire darts at Water and fortunately, a couple hit the water elemental, making Water drop to the ground. It was a good thing they had opposite powers because then the damage made was twice as deadly.

Stormflame created another ball of fire and shot it at Water. The fireball hit the blue tom on his head and he dropped back down again. Stormflame went in for the kill but a strong wind blew in and knocked Stormflame away. He lay winded for a split second before rising to his paws. He saw who shot the air, it was Wind. The white tom was smirking as he attacked Whitetail.
