Song: Falling in Love at a Coffee Shop by Landon Pigg

Shout out: @lilokaimana thanks for the comment.

I have been anxious and excited all day. Ever since Willa called me, I couldn't wait to see her. So when the next day came around, I tried to dress my best. I even went and got my hair styled. All I wanted was to impress Willa, even in the smallest ways. All morning, during work, I have been working but also preparing myself to meet Willa. It is silly to think that a grown man is secretly jumping up and down inside like a little kid. I had managed to keep myself composed throughout the day though. I did try to focus on my work the best I could. As the time grew closer to the meeting, I tried to keep myself composed. It seemed like my assistant even noticed the bit of nerves I had, asking me if I was doing okay. I just told her that I had a very important meeting I had to go which wasn't a total lie.

It was an hour before the meeting and I decided to head over to the place just so I don't end up being late due to the traffic. I also wanted to drink something to relax my nerves. I told my assistant I was going to head out, reminding her to clear my schedule and transfer my phone calls. It was still a busy day but meeting with Willa is more important than any meeting I can ever have with anyone. And I know I can make I then began to drive off to the place that Willa told me she wanted to meet up at, the place farther away from the city and more towards her parent's place. It was a nice day, only a bit cloudy in the sky but it was still a beautiful day. Once getting to the place, I had noticed that the place was a bit packed and busy which did make me a bit comfortable because the conversation that Willa and I will have won't be overheard. I had to look around and make sure there wasn't any paparazzi which is something I do have to be aware of since all the drama that happened. It has been slowing down but there is still that risk.

The building does seem like a nice place and I had managed to find a spot that was well hidden but not too hidden. A waiter did get my order, also tell him that I would have a visitor so that he would have to come back to take their order. I then checked over on my watch, having only about thirty minutes left until Willa arrives. I wondered if her parents were dropping her off or if she drove herself here or even was walking here. Does seem like a far walk from her parent's house. Everyone in the coffee shop seemed to be enjoying themselves, a few alone on their laptops or reading something. It seemed like a nice place to just relax. I can see why Willa wanted to meet here. It does seem like a place she would want to be at. The waiter came back with the coffee I ordered, thanking him before he left. Finally, with a cup of coffee, I was able to relax a bit. I then decided to start working on some of my emails on my phone, knowing that I could at least work a bit on the emails if I can't answer phone calls. Seemed like there were a lot of emails from all the new business coming in.

It seemed like I didn't know about the amount of time that passed, I heard someone clear their throat. I glanced up, spotting Willa before looking down. I then took a double take before getting up in a rush, my heart beating fast. "Willa! Hi. Sorry, I didn't see how fast time passed." I said in an idiotic tone. Willa was standing there, her hair up and wearing a simple cardigan blouse with skinny jeans on that stopped at her ankles. She looked beautiful. She smiled before we both sat down. The waiter then came by again and asked for her order. Once he left, we were finally able to talk about what she wanted to talk about. "It's nice seeing you again," I tell her with a dumb smile on my face. She only gave me a small one. "Yeah." Is all she said. "How have you been? Everything going good so far?" She nodded. "Yeah. Everything is going okay. A bit difficult because of everything that happened but so far, everything has been going good." I was glad to hear that. It gave me a bit of relief to just know that she is doing okay. The waiter then came by and dropped off her order. She took a few sips before looking back at me. "So what did you want to talk about?" I finally asked, wanting to end the awkward silence between us. She placed her cup down, taking a deep breath in, slowly letting it out. "I can understand you aren't allowed to tell me a lot about what happened, it's just that there are a lot of questions that's been going around in my head. Can I just ask you a few things? I want to just talk a bit about what happened. Not major things. Just...things." She said. She seemed so beautiful talking. Was she always this beautiful?  "Yeah. Of course. Anything. What do you wanna know?"
