It read:
“I’m so sorry to reply so late, I was caught up with school work, I need your help as much as you to do to find him, we were supposed to go out on friday but it’s been days now and he hasn’t texted me, called or answered my calls, can we please meet up at the garage so that I can take you to his house together”
“I am coming now! Don’t go to school!”
I replied to the text.I have never been so relieved and stressed at the same time
But on the bright side I was finally going to find out what happened
Get the whole truth from him, and an explanationWhen I got to the garage
Minutes passed by and I was waiting for her to come…
I was so impatient we’ve wasted a lot of time already
And we can’t afford to waste more time…When she finally arrived, I told her to get in the car
As quickly as possible,
She stood there and said how does she know she can trust me.“Little girl, this is not about you, get in the car and take me to your boyfriends house”
I said while trying to calm myself downShe eventually got in and I drove
While she was directing me, and I noticed that I was close the last time I was here it was the last house down the street
…When we finally arrived at the house, the gate was open
And the doors unlocked,A lot of things were going in my mind at the time,
So many questions, there was no one in here.
Not even his mom and aunt, there’s no sign of a robbery…Nothing…
So we decided to go inside,
And look around the house
The first thing we found was a container of sleeping pills on his bed…
And only three were left.
This can’t be what I think it is,
If it is then I am too late, I shouldn’t have turned back the other day
He wouldn’t have done this to himself. With no words, I sat on his bed
With my arms over my head
With no plan…his girlfriend then asked“Please don’t tell me he tried to kill himself with these please”
Well I can tell you that one pill is enough to make you sleep for about 6 hours
And as you can see there’s three left, maybe he did try, let’s hope he’s okay…I then told her that we should wait here until someone comes back
