At around 6pm a car drove in,
And a lady walked out with tears in her eyes.
That’s when I did the math, something tragic has happened.

Evening who are you supposed to be!?” she asked furiously

Oh I’m sorry ma’am I am a social worker, your son, he used to come to me for help with what he’s been going through, didn’t he tell you?

Uhm no, well I’m not his mother, he probably told his mother” she replied calmly

Okay I understand and this is “HER”… his friend from school.
Hold on, where is he? And where is his mother?
We found sleeping pills in his room, what’s going on

“I don’t even know where to start…well,
His mom passed away at the hospital on Monday, not so long ago, and on Sunday it was her funeral
And he came to me Sunday night after the funeral and we talked I told him how his mother didn’t want to pay for her operation so that he can have money to pay for his future fees at varsity and he said he’s tired, he’s going to sleep but there was something about the way he said it, so I kept on doubting to go check up on him in his room I thought he’d be crying and needed space to let the pain out…but he overdosed on sleeping pills and I found out today, and rushed him to the hospital…”

And I stood there, I had no response, how can…why him, I can’t even explain what was going on in my mind
When I looked at his girlfriend, she was about to be in tears, covering her face…

Is he okay? Are they treating him, what’s going on?

Unfortunately, I was too late…”

And as I stood in disbelief,
His girlfriend in shock and in tears, she ran went to his room.

We rushed to go to her and to calm her down,
His aunt came and I told her that she is actually his girlfriend. She tried to calm her down,
And tell her it will be okay, she has to be strong.

While in HIS room,
His aunt came to us and said I found this under his pillow…
