At home,
TV isn’t that exciting,
Music hits even deeper,
The phone is full of people who are happy and living their lives,
The kids in the streets are playing and having fun…
And I’m just in my room, waiting for my mom, so, that we can cry together.
When she got home, it was a normal day as usual
She made supper and we ate while watching TV,
While eating I asked her some questions, asked her if my dumb fuck dad knows about this,
But the response was just heart breaking,
“You know what’s going on between me and your father is too big for you to understand, its adult stuff, you too young to understand, but if you should know, the doctor said I should have another adult to come live with us just in case there’s an emergency, so your aunt will be staying with us”
His parents regret that they ever got married – A-Reece
So basically my dad doesn’t care about us, that’s what she’s telling me,
I actually support everyone who says men are trash,
We are trash sometimes
Here I was a year ago, a womaniser
Probably took after my dad
Here he is, promised to love my mom no matter what
Did all sorts of lovely things for her
Gave her a baby…
Only to end it in a week and pretend they weren’t in love with each other
-Men are trash
-a woman
After that I called my girlfriend,
Just to get my mind off things
And we talked and reconnected
It was the cutest phone call we’ve had in a long time,
It was as if we just started dating.
“baby have I ever told you how much of a blessing you are to me, sometimes I feel like you’re too good and too perfect, I mean you have your flaws, imperfections and whatever but I love you with those so to me you’re perfect, you’re so understanding, loving, caring, although I miss how you’d look at me and smile for no reason, I’m glad you are willing to make sure the spark between us doesn’t die, I love and appreciate you for that”
People been wondering if guys do get Goosebumps or just fall deeply in love uncontrollably,
Well truth is that only happens if you are what the guy wants, if he invests all he has in you and you do the same, you surely going to see your boyfriend, showing you off and being speechless because of the lovely things you say to him.
And that’s how I felt after the call, it helped me a lot
I realised after that I needed it,
Kind of calmed my emotions, mind
And smile after a while.
