The sun had risen, children were singing... (A/N: I don't know 🤷♂️) And you... had stayed up all night playing Smash on a multi-universal Nintendo Switch™.
Y/N: Damn that Little Mac... One day I'm just gonna straight up make him cease to exist.
*WHISTLE*
Ruby: Goooood morning team RWBY!
Y/N: I will burn that whistle to a crisp.
Ruby: Eep.
???: Now Y/N that isn't very nice she was just trying to help--
Y/N: Where the hell have you been?
???: Nowhere... Whoosh.
Y/N: What the--. GET BACK HERE!... Damn him next time I see him I'm gonna...
Yang: Are you gonna get down from there?

As you said that you dropped to the ground to see the room "Decorated". You snapped your fingers and changed your clothes into Shinketsu and the school uniform underneath, with your pyjamas going up onto the roof.
Y/N: Sorry about snapping at you Rubes... You all do realise there's like a few minutes before classes start right?
Team RWBY: WHAT!
And they rushed out the door at speeds you never thought they could reach.
Y/N: Guess they didn't want a lift.
You teleported straight outside the class hands in your pockets and stepped inside taking a seat near the front. as you did you could hear whispers.
No-one's POV
???: *That's the human!*
???: *I heard he beat a whole army of Grimm with a single hit.*
???: *Same.*
Y/N: OI, QUIT THE YAPPING I WAS UP ALL NIGHT.
???: Well that's your fault.
Y/N: OH SO WHITTY LITTLE MAC PLAYERS AGAINST MY DEGENERATE K. ROOL IS MY FAULT.
???: Oh you poor soul.
???: May Oum have mercy on thee.
The rest of the class minus Jaune and Pyrrha nodded in agreement.
Y/N: THREE FUCKING LITTLE MACS IN A ROW. AND TENNIS ACES WASN'T ANY BETTER. WHY IS BOWSER JR. SO STRONG. Wait that might be my fault.
???: Son if you ever need someone to talk to I'm sure we can help.
Y/N: Thanks *Sniff* wait are you our Teacher?
???: Yes I am. My name is Peter Peter Port.
Y/N: Wow, were your parents, perhaps Dust addicts?
Prof. Port: Only after I got born up until they named me.
Y/N: That sounds really unlucky.
*BAM*
Team RWBY and JNPR: *Pant* We *Pant* Made it.
And they were greeted with the sight of a white-haired owl Faunus with Brock eyes and a FABULOUS moustache and Y/N shaking hands while the rest of the class cried tears of joy and pride.
Team RWBY: Y/N! How?
Team JNPR: And what's going on
Y/N: Skills, And For Glory three Little Macs in a row vs my K. Rool. Oh and Bowser Jr. in tennis aces against my Rosa.
Ren: Say no more brother.
Nora: You are so brave.
Jaune: You are truly a hero.
Ruby/Yang: We will remember this sacrifice for the rest of our days.
And they all joined in with the rest of the class saluting and crying.
Weiss, Blake and Pyrrha: What is For Glory and Bowser Jr.
Y/N: *LE GASP*
Team R--Y and JN-R: *LE GASP*
Everyone (minus -WB- and --P-): *LE GASP*
Y/N: TEACH LET'S EDUCATE THESE FOOL!
Prof. Port: WITH PLEASURE!
And the rest of the class was filled with Prof. Port and Y/N teaching about Smash Bros Ultimate and Mario Tennis.

Y/N: AND THIS...
Ruby: He's gonna do it!

Everyone: YEAH!!!
Weiss, Blake and Pyrrha: I still don't understand.
Y/N: I'm sorry everyone I tried but... I'm afraid I can't save their souls. Forgive me.
R--Y and JN-R: You can't save them all.
Prof. Port: Tis a sad day when something like this happens.
Everyone (minus -WB- and --P-): Hmm. *looks down to grieve*
Prof. Port: Anyway we should do something related to Grimm now... Hmmm... How about this... Who among you believes they represent the qualities of a good Huntsman or Huntress? *gestures to a cage with red eyes shining out of it*
Weiss: *shoots up from her seat with hand raised* I do!
Y/N: *has his hand up* Yo.
Prof. Port: Wonderful get into your combat gear and come up the front.
(Timeskip brought to you by Y/N's K. Rool on his knees looking down holding a defeated Donkey Kong while a dark figure stands over them.)
Y/N's POV
Weiss had gone to get changed meanwhile I already had Shinketsu on so I was forced to wait.
Y/N: Why is she taking so looongggg.
Weiss enters the room in her "Combat skirt" and Myrtenaster at her side.
Y/N: Took ya long enough.
Weiss: Shut it.
Yang: Gooo Weiss!
Blake: Fight well!
Ruby: Yeah, represent Teeeam RWBY!
Weiss: Ruby, I'm trying to focus.
Ruby: Oh, sorry. *Ears droop slightly*
Yang and Y/N: *Growls*
Weiss: *Gulp*
Prof. Port: Alright. Let the Match,... *Raises an axe that is also a blunderbuss* Begin! *Uses the axe to open the cage holding the Grimm*
The cage opened revealing not one, but two Boarbatusks. Both looked around before charging at Weiss while you just stood back and watched. She was only just able to block the tusks of the two Grimm before swiftly jumping out of the way.
Ruby: Hang in there Weiss!
Weiss goes to try to pierce one of the Grimm's armour however it deflected it with its tusks before striking back at Weiss, who stuck her rapier in-between the creature's tusks.
Y/N: Low-level intelligence better than an animal but not a human or Faunus.
Prof. Port: Bold, new approach. I like it!
Ruby: Come on Weiss, show it who's boss!
Weiss looks towards Ruby for a second and the Boarbatusk takes that chance to knock Weiss's weapon away. Now weaponless Weiss was in a tough spot.
Port: Oho, now what will you do without your weapon?
The Grimm charges once again and like last time Weiss barely dodges as the Boar's momentum carries it into a desk. Weiss runs to get her weapon panting as she does so.
Ruby: Weiss, go for its belly! There's no armour underneath-
Weiss: Stop telling me what to do!
Ruby: *frowns and ears go fully down*
The Boarbatusk rolls into a ball before once again renewing its assault on Weiss. Weiss, however, summons a glyph which blocks the attack, knocking the Grimm over before creating another one above her which turns black and then back to blue as it propels Weiss straight to the upside-down Boar and she stabs it straight through its stomach killing it.
Prof. Port: Bravo! Braa-vo! It appears we are indeed in the presence of a true huntress in training.
However, the good Professor had forgotten one thing there were two Grimm. The second Boarbatusk reared up behind Weiss ready to give a killing blow.
Ruby, Yang, and Blake: WEISS!
*CRACK*
Weiss's POV
I prepared myself for the death that was now fast approaching but it didn't come.
*CRACK*
???: That's the second time I've saved you, Weiss.
Weiss: Huh?
It was Y/N he had grabbed the Boarbatusk and snapped its tusks off.
Y/N: Come at me ya stupid boar.
He said this with a smirk on his face before becoming a blur and...
*BOOOM*
The boar Grimm flew across the classroom and when it hit the ground it was dead.
Y/N: Now, Weiss.
Weiss: Y-Yes?
Y/N: Stop being so God-damn pissy.
Weiss: What!
Ruby: Weiss are you okay?
Weiss: Hmph.
And with that, I walked off.
Y/N's POV
You trailed behind Ruby, in her shadow, who was following after a fuming Weiss.
Ruby: Weiss!
Weiss: What!
Ruby: What's wrong with you? Why are you being-
Weiss: What's wrong with me? What's wrong with you? You're supposed to be a leader and all you've been so far is a nuisance.
Ruby: *scoffs* What did I do?
Weiss: That's just it, you've done nothing to earn your position. Back in the forest, you acted like a child and you've only continued to do so.
Ruby: Weiss, where is this coming from? What happened to all the talk about, working together? I thought you believed in acting as a team.
Weiss: Not a team led by you. I've studied, dan trained, and quite frankly, I deserve better.
She turns away and Ruby reaches out before dropping her hand and looks dejected as her ears go flat against her head.
Weiss: Ozpin made a mistake.
Weiss storms off to who knows where and I pop out of Ruby's shadow, placing my hand on her head.
Y/N: Christ that was a disaster.
Ruby: Y/N! Were you listening? *She says this with a sad tone and was on the verge of tears*
You sit Ruby down and get her to rest her head on your shoulder.
Y/N: Yes, I was, and Ruby before you ask no I don't think Ozpin made a mistake not yet at least.
Ruby: *shocked* Uh. What do you mean?
Y/N: Whether you believe it or not I've seen a lot of people and places, way too many to count. But one thing I'll say is Ozpin, despite the many mistakes he has made, Hasn't made one here you have a responsibility now to your team and to yourself to be the best leader you can be.
Ruby: *ponders for a moment before her ears stand up again and she smiles warmly to you* Thanks for that Y/N.
Y/N: Any time Rubes, any time.
You stayed like that for a little bit longer then.
Ruby: Hey Y/N?
Y/N: Yeah?
Ruby: *Blushes* I think I'm in love with you.
Y/N: *Smiles* You just came right out and said it huh. The feeling is mutual Rose.
Ruby: Really? *Ears standing up completely straight and Eyes sparkling*
Y/N: Yes, really
You then kissed her on her head and turned back getting ready to get up and leave but Ruby grabbed you and kissed you dead on the lips. This lasted for about 10 seconds before Ruby needed air as she pulled away there was a string of saliva still in-between your mouths.
Ruby: *Panting and blushing*
Y/N: *Blushing slightly* I think you have something to do Rubes. We can talk when we are back at the dorms.
Ruby went off to do something. and you decided to head towards the dorms to play some Smash.

Weiss's POV
I entered our dorm room and saw Ruby asleep on her bed with paper scattered across it, Pencil in hand, and an empty coffee mug near her. I shake her awake and she gets startled before trying to explain herself.
Ruby: Weiss! I-I was studying and then I fell asleep! I'm sorry...*lowers her ears*
I placed my finger on my lips and gesture to Blake and Yang who are fast asleep.
Weiss: *How do you take your coffee?*
Ruby: *I... I don't...* *lowers her ears further*
Weiss: *starting to get irritated* *Answer the question.*
Ruby: *Uhh, cream and five sugars!*
Weiss: *Don't move.*
I go and make Ruby some more coffee and come back.
Weiss: *Here.*
Ruby: *Um... Thanks, Weiss.*
Weiss: *Smiles then lowers ears a bit* *Ruby, I think you have what it takes to be a good leader. Just know that I am going to be the best teammate you'll ever have!*
We both smile at each other.
Weiss: *Good luck studying!*
I duck back down to my bed before coming back up one more time.
Weiss: *That's wrong, by the way.*
I duck down and go towards the door but turn back.
Weiss: *Hey Ruby.*
Ruby: *Uh-huh?*
Weiss: *I always wanted bunk beds as a kid.*
Ruby grins at me before I left the room to go to the bathroom.
Y/N's POV
Y/N: That was a bit close don't you think.
I said this to Ruby as I came out of her shadow and laid beside her in what was now our bed
Ruby: Just a bit.
She then turned around and turned into a tomato at the sight of me shirtless. I grabbed her and pulled her closer cleaning the bed with a snap.
Y/N: You need to sleep, ok?
Ruby: *Calmed down a bit and with a happy face* Got it.
I laid down properly and Ruby laid her head on my chest. Her ears were right in front of me and I couldn't resist the urge to scratch them. She let out a small yelp before calming back down and after a little bit, small snore could be heard from her. I chuckled before relaxing and drifting off myself.

A/N: WOW 2043 WORDS NOW THAT IS A LOT OF WRITING. To those of you wondering the last two Timeskips were what happened during the Smash tournament. Press a single lowercase f to pay respects for the DK. Also, the reason Y/N doesn't know who the teachers are he was kept in a very small hotel room off-campus that Ozpin provided the only reason he knows Goodwitch is because she took him to the hotel and was there while you handed in your ID so you could go to Beacon.
