chaelisa - married

lisa had just finished her duties at Manoban Industries when another random assistant waltzed into her office. she rolled her eyes and huffed.

'haven't you heard of knocking before?!' she roared while turning around. lisa was faced with, undoubtedly the most annoying work colleague she had hired.

'uhh- hey lisa, have you thought about my offer yet?' the guy said full of hope. lisa's eyes never met the boys eyes. instead she just stared at her phone that was due to announce her wife's arrival.

'no i have not and as a matter of fact, i never will!' lisa spoke, gritting her teeth. 'come on boss please.! i'll set you up on a blind date with one of my friends!' the worker said, clinging on to the end of lisa's large mahogany desk. lisa fiery eyes met his and he soon backed away.

'for the last time, i don't date girls,' lisa started slowly, rising from her desk chair. the clicking of heels took her attention away from the man in front of her. a smirk found its way onto her face as the door swung open once more.

rosé walked in and stopped at the door seeing the man in front of her wife. rosé's eyebrows furrowed as the next few words tumbled out of her wife's mouth.

'i marry them.' lisa simply stated. she smiled softly at her wife before walked over to her and kissing her on the lips. rosé still looked confused but reciprocated the kiss nonetheless.

'now you,' lisa started, pointing to the man whose head was hung low, 'get out of my office and don't ask unnecessary questions again.' she finished opening the door wide signalling for him to make an exit.

'with all due respect lisa, i think it would be beneficial for you to take my offer-'

'mrs. manoban to you and do you still want to have a job to come back to tomorrow?!' lisa spat, cutting the man off. his mouth hung open as his head shook violently from side to side as he stood frozen.

'then i advise you to get the hell out of my office!' lisa shouted. at this point, the whole of the office could hear what was going on. rosé still looked perplexed but watched on with an amused smile.

'yes boss.' the man mumbled before scurrying out of the office. the man barely even made it out before lisa slammed the office door closed. her fingers came up to massage her temples.

'do i even want to know?' rosé asked walking to the mini bar, pouring a shot of whiskey for lisa and a glass of water for herself. 'no, he's been asking me to go on a blind date with one of his friends. i tell him i'm married every time. i don't think he believes me.' lisa sighed, slumping down on her desk chair again.

rosé takes that as her queue and makes her way over to lean on the desk opposite her wife as she slides the shot glass into her wife's hand as she signals for lisa to clink her glass to her own.

once the glasses are empty, lisa grips onto her wife's left thigh and motions for her wife to sit on her lap, effectively straddling her. it's all innocent as lisa pulls rosé flush against her, or as close as she could get her. it's relatively silent because due to lisa's head position, she could hear rosé's quickened heart beat.

'i've missed this' lisa states, caressing the ex singers swollen belly. 'just being with you.' she finishes, looking up into rosé's watering eyes. 'i'm always here and not home with you getting stuff ready for the baby.' lisa says, leaning back on her chair, still looking her wife in the eyes.

'babe, we still have time,' rosé says, lacing her fingers with lisa's. '2 months to be exact.' lisa mumbled happily, smiling up at the older woman. rosé sighed and tugged on lisa's hand, 'why don't you take the rest of my pregnancy off? i'm sure the business can manage if you work from home.' she posed, looking around the spacious room.

lisa seemed deep in thought. it crossed her mind a few times to take the time off, but she never really put it into action. hearing her wife say it made her want to do it.

'you're right. let's go home and i'll call my assistant from there.' lisa beamed, helping her pregnant wife off her lap to stand. lisa kissed her wife's pregnant belly before grabbing the two bags from the floor.

she held her arm out for rosé to hold onto as she mumbled a 'shall we' before the two happily left the office.
