                                              What had I hoped to achieve?
In a world of mischief
There was me 
There was you
Dancing to the tune of us two
                          In this swirling ashen air
Where treatments are unfair
In a world of funfairs
I've found me and you
                          A bountiful love and hope
Had the depths let me cope
Cheers to the Lady on top
"She is the greatest one!"

                          My heart overflow with doting
Caring, willing, learning
Living under the sun high bove
Will the Queen let me love?
                          What had I hoped to achieve?
Nothing for you being with me
We live above the same land 
But not in the same stand

Yet hearts lit afire
You are what I admire
As when things went haywire
You stand when I inspire
                          "Nothing her magic can grasp,"
Far from his warlike gasp
Differences of us shout aloud
Life screams around and about

What had I hoped to achieve?
In his world of little peace
Questions my own reality
And my intentions to be in his
I raise my chin up higher
And his hopes high and brighter

What I hope to achieve
A world soon the Man believe
Living far from civic deceits
Breathing in circling relief
A world I live and so he will
I hope to achieve
My hand to reach out
And see a smile on him
