{A/N It's Desi, so Reese is sTill not back. She should be back really soon though. The 28th is too long away, so I decided to give you guys a short little filler chapter just so you guys don't go a week without an update :)}
*HARLEY'S POV*
Shuri, Ned, and I wake up early to go get stuff for Peter's birthday party. I thought Ned was supposed to be the master at coming up with party ideas, but he's been blank. Shuri and I don't have any ideas either.
We are just going to see what the options are and hopefully we'll get an idea along in there.
"Hey guys...what if we do like a nature themed party?" Ned suggests as we all pile into the car. Shuri is driving, I'm in the back cause Ned called shotgun.
"Nature themed?" Shuri asks while pulling out of the garage.
"Yeah, and Groot can be the main attraction." I shrug.
"I mean, it's the best thing we've come up with so far." Shuri turns on the radio.
"So nature themed?" Ned asks to clarify.
"I guess so. I think it would be pretty cool." I roll down my window.
We head to Party City first and start to look around.
"What would one get for a 'nature themed' party?" Shuri asks as we enter Party City.
"I don't know, I just come up with the ideas." Ned says.
"Well..." I start and then get interrupted.
"I'm sorry to interrupt." A very familiar voice starts.
Oh you've, GOT, to be kidding me.
"But did I just hear you say 'nature themed party'." I turn and see Deadpool standing there with a unicorn piñata.
"Yeah? And what about it?" Shuri narrows her eyes.
"Just a bit...boring. I mean, what would you do for games? Pin the leaf on the maple tree?"
We all exchange looks and sigh.
"Wait a minute. Who are you?" Ned asks.
(A/N please tell me you get that reference.)
Deadpool looks at me and gasps. "Harley?! I thought we were friends!" I turn red and face palm.
"Wait Harley- you know this wanna be Spider-man guy?" Shuri questions.
"Well- yes, no, sort of? Peter knew him first."
"We met in the last book." Deadpool puts his arm around me.
"Book?" Ned and Shuri look at each other confused.
"Deadpool don't even start with this confusing mess." I start.
"Oh please, Desi is getting a kick out of this. And call me Wade." He winks.
"Who's Desi?" Shuri says under her breath to Ned. He just shrugs and becomes even more confused.
"Wade. Why are you even here?"
He holds up his unicorn piñata. "To get this."
"Why?"
"The real question is, where is your piñata?" He tilts his head and points at our empty hands.
"How are we supposed to get a piñata if we don't even know what our theme is going to be yet?" Shuri states a bit rudely. "Sorry, that was a bit rude. I'm very tired."
"That's why I'm here silly gooses!" He pauses and looks up. "Or should it be geese?"
"Wait do you have an idea?" Ned speaks up.
