NO! NO! NO WAY WAS I GETTING BRACES!
I never really met this Dr. Grey person put I heard she's gonna be putting them on me.
I ran home, good thing I had my key in my pocket. I went in my room.
20 min later I heard yelling downstairs. Why was I the one that always gets yelled at.
" SEBASTIAN GET YOUR BUTT DOWN HERE" I heard dad yelling
I slowly open my door making a slight creaking noise and slowly crept downstairs. Dad was waiting at the bottom of the stairs for me.
"Dad.." I mumble kind of scared because I know what my dad is capable of doing.
"Why did you run!" Dad yelled
"I wanted no braces! You can't!" I yelled as a tear slid down my cheek.
"Come on Dr. Grey was just going to do a simple examination and put your braces on next week" dad explains
"I want no braces" I yell
"Okay fine just think about it we have those other two appointments to get to now come on let's go" dad said
"What appointments" I asked as I kind of forgot what other appointments I had to go to today.
"Just the regular doctor and the eye doctor" dad explains
"Ok let me get my shoes on" I say as I rush back upstairs grab my phone go back downstairs and go to the mud room and get my shoes on.
The 2nd appointment was the regular doctors. I was not sick so I was all good. Yet I had to get a shot which made me wince but it wasn't that bad. I was perfectly healthy. It was an easy appointment.
The last appointment was the eye doctor. And the eye doctor said I needed glasses.... come on I can see fine without glasses. "Do I really have too dad" I begged my dad
"Yes" Dad said
"Can I get contacts?" I whine
"No glasses are easier" he says
I pout and get upset that I have to get glasses I'll look like a total nerd when I go back to school in a few weeks.
We went home after the appointments and I went straight to my room... my life is a disaster why do I have to live with my greatest fear and have to go to a new school wearing glasses and braces... well I'll make sure those braces aren't out on so easily...
