Chapter 4- my true real family?

"Well I'm your real father.." Shaun blurted out

My eyes widened "that can't be right Why was I at the orphanage"

"Well... when your mom has you she didn't want you so after you were born she handed you to me which I was to young at immature so I gave you to the Orphanage. But since I've got my life settled I've decided to adopt you" Shaun said

"Why is my last name Knight then" I say quietly

"That was your mother's last name... we weren't married so your not a Wolfe" Shaun says

"Soo is um like Devon my brother" I ask

"Yes" He says

My eyes were becoming watery I was about to cry

"Aww come here Sebastian" my dad said I went and hugged him and never let go.
Devon came in and joined the hug.

I started crying tears of Joy.

"I missed you so much daddy and brother" I say

"We've missed you too" Shaun said with tears starting to form in his eyes.

After that moment was finished it was time for my shower. I jumped in the shower then I brushed my teeth then i went in my room then I fell asleep

*the next day*

I headed downstairs after changing and brushing my teeth.

"Morning dad" I say

"Morning bud you'd u sleep?" Dad said

"Fine" I say while grabbing a bowl and pouring some cereal.

"Um I know you don't wanna do this but your getting a checkup today" Shaun said

"But dad" I whine as I eat my cereal

"I'm sorry" he says

Devon walked in the room and I looked at him in worry.

"Aw what's the matter Sebastian?" Devon asked coming up to me

"I don't wanna go" I mumble and put my dish in the sink and run upstairs and grabbed my iPad and headed back downstairs.

I put my shoes on "I'm ready let's go"

They came my way and put their shoes on and Shaun grabbed the keys and we went to the Jeep and got in. Locking the house before.

We drove to the office parked the car then went in I haven't said anything. I hated my dad right now.
But we walked through and went to the exam room
Where those horrible flashbacks play in my head.

"Can u sit bud" Devon said

Thoughts start swarming in my head and a tear came down my cheek.

"I can't" I say quietly

"Please" He says

I turned around and I start bawling my eyes out.
My dad came up to me and gave me a big hug and rubbed my back.

"We're not gonna force you. Your not at the orphanage any more" my dad said

I sniffled and climbed into the chair. The chair immediately reclined back the light was positioned and turned on and they both pulled on gloves and a mask.

Dad grabs the first two tools and explorer and a mirror

"Open bud I'm just gonna take a look around no pain" Shaun softly said

I slowly opened my mouth and closed my eyes.

He tapped each and everyone of my teeth and scraped some plaque of my back teeth nothing too special.
Then his tools exit my mouth "you have a nice mouth Sebastian no cavities!" Shaun cheers and puts his hand up and gives me a hot five.

"Now to brush your teeth and do xrays then you'll be all done" Shaun said

"Can I choose the toothpaste" I ask

"Of course we got mint, chocolate, cookie dough,cherry, and strawberry." Dad said

"Cookie dough" I exclaim

Shaun went in the cabinet and got some cookie dough toothpaste. He put a little bit on the electric toothbrush

"Open" He says I opened and he brushed gentle circle around each and one of my teeth and every surface
Then Devon uses the water and squirt sit in my mouth then uses the suction soon enough my cleaning was done

My bib was removed the light was turned off and the chair returned to its normal state. 

They lowered their masks . Then a big heavy jacket was placed on me.

Then Devon came with these little plastic things. "Open bud" he says
He places one in my mouth it was uncomfortable
Then a camera came to the side of my face and Shaun went out and hit the buzzer this was done twice.

Then the films were taken out and I was happy.
I turned around they were looking at my xrays.

"Does he need braces.." Devon whispers

"It's hard to tell I have to look in his mouth again real quick" Shaun whispered

"Alright bud we are gonna have to lean you back I gotta check something real quick."

He reclined it back. "Open" He said I opened and he examined my teeth with the explorer and mirror.
Then as fast as it happened the chair was put back at its normal state.

"So bud your gonna need braces" Shaun said as he removed his gloves and mask so did devon.

This was two years ago.
