I woke up the next morning and head over to the bathroom. This headgear is hideous I swear but I gotta plan.
Since I know how take it off I can take it off after I get to school then put it back on when dad picks me up from school.
I took it off as I brushed my teeth and flossed then head back downstairs fit don't put them back in since I can't eat with headgear.
I made myself a bowl of cereal and eat it. Dad and Devon sit there sipping their coffees
"So Sebastian... how is the headgear" Devon asks me as I took a bite of my cereal.
"Horrible I can't believe I had a overbite" I complain as I finish my cereal, pick the bowl up and slurp the rest of the milk out of the bowl.
Then get up and put the bowl in the sink.
"Did you brush this morning?" Dad asked me
"Yes dad can you put my headgear back in?" I ask holding my headgear
"Yes sure" Dad says getting up and helps me put the headgear in my mouth. It was so simple to put in so this plan will be genius.
Then I get my shoes on, grabbed my lunch and book bag then dad drove me to school.
He drops me off and said goodbye and I rush into the school into the bathroom and remove my headgear. Then walked out of the bathroom like nothing happened. I went to my locker and dropped my stuff off and grabbed my books for my classes.
The day went by kind of slow, since I had braces I never smiled today because I was so sore, and the added headgear made it worse.
The last class of the day came after it I hurried to put my headgear back on then wait outside for my dad.
He shortly pulled up. I hopped in the passenger side of the car.
"How was school bud?" My dad asked
"Okay I guess" I say as I buckle my seatbelt and my dad started driving.
"Was it because of the whole headgear thing" dad says
"Yes I look so hideous!" I whine
"Well you only have to wear them for a year" dad explains while he drives
"Thank god" I say
Soon we got home I went up to my room and did my homework, then had dinner, then took a shower and brushed my teeth then went to bed
I hope my dad never figures out I didn't wear my headgear at school
