NEW COVER PHOTO ON THE RIGHT!
My mother dear thought it would be better to have real life people on the cover so there, I changed it. I'm still undecided which one I like best though, since I'm an otaku myself so I need comments :)
Anyway, this chapter is slightly longer than the other chapters and I tried something new with this. You'll know when you read it *wink**wink*
Thank you to my Partz and to Cam for always commenting. And also to all who have been reading and supporting my work. People like you encourages me to continue writing even though it's not easy being a writer who's not being paid for her work and who has to juggle writing with studying in a university. I really appreciate everything you say to me. A heartfelt THANK YOU!!!
Okay drama aside, on to the story...

“Master! Master Katsu!”
Eiji pounded on the door of Katsu's room. He had easily sneaked in because he knew the landscape of the whole compound, even the secret passages. That is exactly the reason why Red Lions kill traitors or wrong-doers in their midst, especially those who are close to the Boss or have worked there for a long time, instead of just beating them up.
“What is this racket all about?!” The door opened.
Eiji knelt down. “Master, I have come to deliver urgent information.”
“Eiji, the reason I did not let my men kill you was because I trusted that you wouldn't use your knowledge of the group and come back. And yet, you come here, right at my door! Did you kill those who were guarding outside?” Master Katsu's face was hard and unforgiving.
“No, Master! The Crescent Curse drugged them to fall asleep. They will wake up in a few hours.”
Master Katsu's face softened a bit but he was still frowning. “So they found you. Just like I expected.”
“Please Master, we can talk about this later. Right now, you need to hear what I have to say. Aya's life is in danger.”
“Talk.”

“Ayako!”
Ayako looked back and saw Dong Min running towards her.
“You forgot your book.”
“Oh thanks.” Ayako said.
“Are you taking the train again?”
“I don't have any choice.”
Eiji used to drive me to and from school.
“Want me to come with you? I can at least send you safely to your house.”
“You know I can take care of myself Dong Min. If anything else, you'll just get in my way,” Ayako said bluntly.
“Ouch!” Dong Min said playfully. “I'm not that useless.”
“Want me to remind you how you fainted when you saw us fight? Or when– ”
