It was the next day and Maya certainly wasn't stoke on seeing Riley which was going to happen.
Riley wanted to see Maya about something and she knew it could only be about one thing.
The pregnancy.
Which she didn't have strength for at the moment.
She got out of the apartment and of course Riley wanted to see Maya pretty early so she went straight there.
"What do you want to talk to me about at half past six?" Maya asked.
"Stuff."
"Riley I'm not in the mood to talk about the pregnancy," Maya said.
"The WHAT?" Farkle said and Maya looked behind her.
Both Farkle and Lucas stood there with Zay of course.
"I'm fourteen weeks pregnant," Maya said.
"Twelve?" Lucas said.
"They found out seven weeks ago one week before the wedding."
"Why wait till now then?" Farkle asked.
"Cause we only went for the scan now. Listen I don't want to fight. My parents-in-law aren't very happy," Maya said and everyone sat down.
"Is something... Is the baby okay?" Zay asked.
"Yeah no. The baby is fine. Everyone just took it very bad. But I'll try everything to assure they get used to it," Maya said.
"I'm excited. I'm gonna be a aunt," Riley said making everyone laugh.
"Yeah and you three are uncles. I am scared but I can't be more excited for anything else. This child will bring everyone together. This is just what we need right now. Everything is going to turn out as it should. But for now I have to go back to work and you guys have class. So I'll see you later," Maya said and was off.
