It's two days later and now Maya is starting to realise the reality of everything.
When they got the scan all that went though her mind was that she was having a boy which for her was very exciting.
But now she is actually really worried.
How is she going to survive this?
And to put extra pressure on her she now has to tell everyone by herself because Josh is in Brooklyn for business which couldn't be postponed.
Maya was for the day at the Matthews and Raven was asleep.
She was busy going through a few books.
She is just about almost nineteen weeks and she can't even begin with how excited she was but now she is really starting to feel the pressure.
"Fast asleep," Riley said and sat down next to Maya.
"What's the matter Maya?"
"Nothing," Maya said.
"I can see when you are trying to hide something or when something is wrong," Riley said.
Maya looked at her best friend and shallow tears formed.
"Maya," Riley said.
"How am I suppose to take care of a baby at eighteen? The only baby I've ever held was Raven. And my mom had her pretty much all the time. How am I suppose to raise a child? When the baby is born I'll be nineteen. How am I suppose to do it?"
"Okay you are just emotional because you miss Josh and you're pregnant. That is normal. You are even wonderful with Auggie. Since he's been born. Nothing will come between you and your child. You are now full time with Raven. You'll be just fine," Riley said and Maya nodded
"Come here," Riley said and gave Maya a hug.
These past few months Maya and Riley hasn't been talking much to each other and now they shared a moment like they always did.
But Maya was really nerves about seeing this through.
A mother at nineteen?
