Josh and Maya were back at home and Raven was playing on the floor.
Neither Josh or Maya did expect that reaction and definitely not from Josh's patents.
It was very strange and even though Maya didn't want to discuss it she knew she had to.
"Can we please talk about what happened?" Maya asked.
"What is there to talk about? I can't believe that my parents could think something like this."
"Josh they were shocked. If you're son got married and six weeks later you find out his wife is fourteen weeks pregnant you would react the same. Listen I don't blame them. We'll let them call down a bit and go to Philadelphia this weekend," Maya said.
Josh was clearly very cross.
He looked at Maya and realised she is right.
His parents just need a few days.
He sigh as he pulls her closer.
"Okay. We'll give them a few days then. I'm sorry for reacting like that," Josh said.
"It's okay. At least I know you're willing to fight for me. Everything will be fine," Maya said.
"Yeah I know," Josh said and gave Maya a kiss on her head
