It was early the next morning and Josh wakes up.
Maya is still fast asleep and he hears Raven cooing.
He then stands up and go get her.
"Morning Raven," Josh said as he picked the one year old up.
"There you go. Let's go in front."
"Playing dad?" Allan asked.
"Dad. Maya is still sleeping. She needs it. She needs every ounch of sleek she can get. I don't understand how Shawn can just show up thinking everything is fine. What influence does he think it has on Maya? Not just on her but on Raven as well," Josh said.
"I'll pour you coffee and get this sweetheart some milk," Amy said.
It was a few minutes later and Maya's phone rang.
She woke up and saw it was Riley.
"Riley is everything okay?" Maya asked.
"No. Where are you?" Riley asked.
"Philadelphia. What's going on?"
"Your mom and Shawn are gone and the police is looking for them. You need to get back."
"Oh gosh. Okay I'll make sure we are there before lunch. Bye."
Maya jumps out of bed and quickly gets dressed.
She then heads in front.
"Morning," Amy said.
"My mom and Shawn left. The police are looking for them."
"What?" Josh said.
"We need to get back," Maya said.
"Okay let's eat then we can go."
"I prepared oatmeal and a fruit salad," Amy said.
They quickly ate and then they packed everything up.
They said goodbye and rushed to New York.
They were there before twelve and went straight to the Matthews.
"What the hell is going on?" Maya asked.
"We don't know," Cory said.
"Can I put her down somewhere?" Maya asked referring to Raven asleep in her arms.
"Yeah let's put her down on my bed," Riley said.
"What the heck did Shawn do?"
"We will know in awhile. What we're you doing in Philadelphia?" Cory asked.
"In case you wondered we had to sort everything out with your parents. I couldn't just leave it."
"Well done then," Cory said.
"I don't want to know what my parents did," Maya said.
"We'll find out later."
"Sit down then I'll make some tea," Topanga said.
"The one drama after the other."
"Just as I think the one is done another one begins," Maya said.
"It can't be that bad," Riley said.
"Yeah it is."
