Maya was heading to NYU to sort a few things out.
She knew Riley was worried but she didn't have to snoop around.
"Was that needed?"
"What do you mean?" Riley asked.
"I know you called Josh. I don't need to be checked up on. I'm fine," Maya said.
"Yesterday you wasn't. I'm just trying to help Maya," Riley said.
"I know but I don't need it. I really do need to figure out what I'm gonna do about this baby. But I don't need to have to explain every second reaction to everyone," Maya said.
"Where is Raven?" Riley asked.
"I've arranged that she goes to a playgroup once a week every Thursday. Today is her first day."
"Is she ready? I mean she's been with you for so long," Riley said.
"I know but she is acting very good. Besides I need to get her a schedule. After the baby I won't be able to be as active with her so she needs to get used to not having me around that much. So I want her to get used to this and next fall I'm sending her to a full time daycare where she goes from Monday to Friday," Maya said.
"I'm sorry for snitching," Riley said.
"It's fine. I have to head to work. I have a meeting in half an hour. I'll see you later," Maya said and was off.
