Maya laid Raven down for her nap and then she went in front.
She realize she had to get going and that she has to talk to her parents.
But she doesn't have the strength for this.
She never knew that after months her parents would show up.
Josh had just come home and saw Maya was exhausted after the long day.
"I'll make some tea. How was Raven?" Josh asked.
"She was fine. My parents' visit caught me off guard. I didn't expect to see them," Maya said.
"Yeah neither of us did. Shouldn't we maybe contact them?" Josh asked.
"I don't know. I don't want to think about it now," Maya said.
"I don't want to upset you but as cruel as it may sound they did leave. They left you with a eight month baby," Josh said and gave Maya a cup.
"I know. I know what they did. I went through hell those four months. But I can't forbid them to see their daughter. Yes I can say not without supervision but otherwise my hands are tied. Listen can we please talk about something else for a change?" Maya asked.
"Like what happened last night with my family?" Josh asked and sat down next to Maya.
"That's a start. But I really do think a trip your parents this weekend is better. Than we can calmly..."
Before Maya could finish she got a call from her mom.
She didn't have the strength for her.
