In Too Deep

The Meeting

Oliver's POV:

"Alright everyone listen up!" Oliver yelled in order to get everyone's attention as they were all chatting between themselves, trying to figure out why he would call an emergency meeting since everything was calm or at least that's how it seemed. "Okay so, first of all I'd like to thank you all for coming on such short notice. I called this meeting because we have reason to believe an attack is coming, so we need to prepare. You need to be prepared for what could quite possibly the worst fight of your life," he explained. "And who exactly is organising this attack?" A green asked. "We have some ideas but we're not exactly sure all we know is that when they hit us their gonna hit us hard so we have to be prepared to hit back twice as hard, whatever they throw at us, we have to be prepared to throw it right back in their faces," he explained. "We get it but what if they take lives," another person asked, a blue this time. "Then we take twice as many. Okay I understand that you get what I'm saying but I need  you to understand this: this is not a fight we can lose. If we do lose this fight it effects all of us," he said, finishing explaining, drawing the meeting to a close. "Yeah but what if.." the same blue interrupted. "No more what if's. You all know what's at stack here so get preparing to fight for your home, for your family and more importantly for your lives," he said and with that he left his friends, his friends to prepare to fight for everything they love and hold dear.
