Narrative POV:

When Alex turned around she wasn't greeted by the most obvious person, which would have been Clancy, or at least to her. When she turned around she was greeted by the person who once almost took away the people she cared about. Who had nearly killed her and then claimed to love her. The person staring back at her, (Well, kind of more staring down at her as he is about like a foot taller than her but potato, potata am I right?), was her Mark. Her dad. The man who shot Liam and nearly killed him, not to mention who nearly killed her after her abandoned her and her siblings.

"What the hell do you want?" She asked, after her mind finally comprehended who was standing in front of her.  "A second chance, maybe?" he asked with a completely straight face. "You seriously think I'm gonna give you a second chance after everything you did? You nearly killed me, you abandoned your children. YOU NEARLY KILLED THE ONLY PERSON I'VE EVER LOVED!" Alex yelled, slightly shocked at her father's ambitious request. "Yes, I did all that but come on second chances never hurt anybody," He said. (Is the dude serious right now . Damn this dude annoys me). "Well, too bad for you, I don't believe in second chances. So why are you really here?" She asked getting annoyed. (To be honest so am I).

" Fine you got me. I'm here on behalf of Clancy. You see, I'm the only one he trusts to actually get the job done right," Mark replied. "And what exactly is the job he 'trusts you so' to get done?" Alex asked, concern and sarcasm lacing her voice. "Now, telling you would ruin the fun, wouldn't it?" he said, pulling something out of his pocket. It looked round, almost button like. "Goodnight," Mark said with a sinister grin on his face.

And with that he pressed the round object, (which actually turned out to be some sort of button). As soon the button was pressed, Alex collapsed.

A/N:

Okay so for the chapter I decided to try out a new style of writing, that's why its so short. The text in brackets is the narratives thoughts. If you don't like this style want me to go back to my old style lemme know. But I'll probably only do it in a couple chapters here and there.

Also I'm currently swamped with A-level work so if I don't update that often that's why.
