"I don't understand why we need to help them,."

"Because we want to be decent people?"

"That's their problem, not mine. They should be going now anyways. They're gonna get caught if they stay here."

"Well, we should help them get to where they're going."

"I doubt they know where they're going. We should leave now, we don't need to be caught either. You remember last time, Mally." I'm guessing it was her human name? Although, I didn't hear of many going by two names.

"Don't think you can deflect by calling me Mal. You are such a... demon! I can't believe you would just turn your back to a little girl-"

"I'm not that little, right?"

"-to a little girl that probably badly needs our help. So for once in your life, get off your fucking high horse!"

"Wow, you like never cuss. Other than crap and stuff, but eh." Talia takes a deep breath. "Okay, how about... no."

"Look... if this is gonna make you fight, it's okay. We can just go."

"Luna..."

"It's fine! Seriously, we'll figure it out."

"I- uh, let me help you out. There's this little town at the edge of the border-"

"I think they found us." Chelsy points out the window to the several guards staring at us. Soon, they weren't just staring.

"Go! Remember, ___ town ___ Anthe ____ Da- GET OFF ME!" We see vines appear all over the place, followed by water.

"I guess we got your back? It'll be a nice challenge. May, your left!" I don't think I'll ever understand Talia, but I really do hope I'll understand more. (She said May and Mal... wonder why?)

"Oh, so now you call me May? I never should've... behind you!" Tree roots circle around the guards and incase them for only a second. I ran out before I could see more.

"Alright, next stop is Antheia."

I think the first thing I can remember was the grass. I remember an open field. It was beautiful.

Sure, we have fields back in Prebia, but this was different. This field was magic, it was made by magic. Although, not like a mage, like a spirit. Maybe some part of me was dying, but I felt so at peace.

But I smelled smoke in the air. Ash fluttered around. At first, I thought maybe Gliheth got a lot of wind, but it was coming from the forest nearby. I didn't know what to do, I just ran in.

"Chelsy! Help as much as you can!" I didn't hear a reply. "Chelsy? Thanatos? HEY!" But I was alone.

Well... not completely. I heard screaming. I saw people running out, their clothes in ruin, a lot had severe burns. I tried to help, but they completely ignored me. The whole kingdom was on fire... I was worried they would be the only ones that survive.

But the fire spread to me. I didn't even realize until it was too late.
~~~
"Luna! Luna you have to stop scaring me like this."
"Fire... there was..." I blinked tears out of my eyes.
"What are you talking about? Luna, your hair changed like ten times. From green to red to blue to green to red... you get the idea." Chelsy grabbed my shoulders. "You went blank the second we arrived in this place. What happened?"
"I don't know."
"You don't know?" Thanatos looked at Chelsy, worried. "Why'd you say fire?"
"Didn't you see it? The.. never mind. It was probably just a bad dream." I slowly stand up, Thanatos helping me.
There was still a field, but it didn't have that kind of magical feeling again. It was just... grass. Although, I could tell that maybe it could turn magical again.
"So... are you good?" I nod. "Great. I'm definitely not." Chelsy slumps over.
"Woah, Chelsy!?" Thanatos rushes over to her.
"I'm a water mage in Antheia. What do you think is going to happen?"
"Yeah, but I live in Prebia." Thanatos helps her up as well.
"You have to deal with day either way. I have to deal with plants every once in a while."
"Yeah, that makes sense. Are you okay?"
"Do I look like I'm okay?"
"Obviously not. I'm just wondering if you can stand on your own."
"Of course I can. I am a strong independent female mage. I can handle a few plants." Chelsy takes a shaky step forward, and she almost immediately falls down. Luckily, Thanatos grabbed her by the waist before she could fall face first.
"I never said you weren't a strong independent female mage. But this is not a few plants."
"Wow, Thanatos is really carrying the team, isn't he?" I laugh. "Do you want me to help Chelsy?"
"No, I'm good. Maybe after this she won't hate me."
"Ugh."
~~~
We were walking for a while before we saw this massive wall.

"Who goes there?" We saw guards at the very top. I knew there was a wall, but I never really understood why.

"Um, a water mage, a darkness mage and a... mage."

"What kind of mage?"

"Light..." The guard in question shrugged and let us in. Probably not the safest thing, but we weren't going to do anything bad.

"Well, that was weird." Thanatos shrugs, kinda forgetting that Chelsy was on his arm

"And close." She glares at Thanatos.

"Well, it's fine now. We just need to find a town on the border. Then... Da?"

"Da. We're going with Da? We're going with a sound babies make?"

"Yes?"

"If I wasn't so sick, I would kick you."

"Well since you can barely stand, I'm guessing I'm pretty safe." I immediately got hit in the back with a stream of water. "Ow, fu-" I look back at Chelsy, who passed out.

"She is super stubborn and now I have to do more work." Thanatos grumbles.

"Yeah, but we love that about her?" We both smile.

"Yeah, but my arms are getting tired. Well, my right arm anyways."

"Just bridal carry her. Now both of your arms get exercise."

"I don't exercise." He does bridal carry her though. Probably easier.
~~~
"We finally found it!"
"I can stop carrying her!" We both run into town. We weren't sure if it was the right town, but we were both tired of walking
"Hi! Can someone help my friend? She's a water mage and this isn't the best place for her... but we... can someone help her?" Someone comes over and takes Chelsy from Thanatos.
"We can heal her, don't worry. Although, how did she manage to pass out?" I glance over at Thanatos and we both crack a small smile.
"Uh, we've had a very tiring day. She lost a... she lost some energy before we came here."
"Ah, that makes sense. Hm, too bad he isn't here." The man talking to us walks away
"Wait, who?" But he was already gone.
"Huh. Guess we're gonna be here for a little bit."
