(Another day in De Royal Schools, everything was nice that day for Alero, she was finally improving in her reading and speaking. At least almost everything..................)
(The class bell rang and science class was over)
Mr Claudio: Okay, students don't forget to do your research and read your notes. Prepare for your next subject and don't make noise until the teacher comes.
Malory: (Whispers to Nancy) almost time to execute our plan.
Nancy: (Whispers to Ellie) Malory said it is almost time to execute our plan, don't forget your lines.
Ellie: Smiles a mischievous smile).
(Miss Shamock enters the classroom and the students stand up to greet).
Miss Shamock: Comment ca va aujourd'hui Alero?
Alero: Ca va bien merci.
Miss Shamock: (Turns to thee class) Ouvrez a la page soixante- Dix de votre livre de Francais. Who knows what I am saying? Malory, why don't you give it a try?
Malory: Open...... Open.......
Miss Shamock: You are trying, go on....
Malory: Open a........
Miss Shamock: That is wrong! Alero, give it a try.
Alero: You said, open to page seventy on your French text book.
Miss Shamock: Brilliant!
Ellie: (Whispers to Malory) she is doing it again!
Nancy: (Whispers to Malory) Yes! We need to act fast.
Malory: Just shut up! If we do it now, it wouldn't make any sense. Just sit and I will tell you when to start.
Ellie and Nancy: Yes, Malory.
Miss Shamock: Now, open your French text books.
Students: (Start opening)
Malory: Elllie now!
Ellie: Miss Shamock, I can't see my French text book.
Miis Shamock: That's not good, check well.
Ellie: It's not here, I swear.
Miss Shamock: Class check your bags and under your lockers.
Malory: No, miss Shamock! Let's check ourselves.
Miss Shamock: Suit yourselves.
Nancy: (Straight away she reached for Alero's bag)
(Alero was calm because she thought she didn't have the book but to her greatest surprise, she did!)
Alero: What? How did the book get into my bag?
Ellie: You see mademoiselle your favorite student is a thief! A liar! An armed robber! A kleptomania!
Miss Shamock: Keep quiet young woman! I have to see things for myself.
Malory: And as you can see, Ellie's French note and workbook are also here.
Miss Shamock: You what are you doing here? These are Ellie's books and not yours so the matter does not concern you and Nancy, will you get back to your seats! (Then turns to Alero) Alero, how did this happen? I can't believe this, tell me it isn't true.
Alero: I am telling you mademoiselle, I didn't take it. I don't know how these books got into my bag. (She immediately knelt down and tears rolled down her eyes)
(Lights out)
